I don't know what to say. I come here and tip, I'm patient and I don't ask for special treatment.I ordered an iced cortado. Essentially 1:1 milk to espresso. It's a known drink. A common thing to order. I got a heaping cup of milk. It was a latte. That's fine to be honest but then I bought an extra green juice to be nice and asked for them to remake the cortado. A decent cafe serving deli sandwiches. Expensive but not absurd, as one sandwich can probably feed 2 and comes with chips.The atmosphere is alright for a short meal but probably not great to sit and get work done if that’s what you intend. Service was good for sitting down.The sandwiches are really delicious, and they have some specialty coffees. Overall, it’s not hard to find a good specialty coffee shop in west LA, and Lo/Cal pulls its weight but doesn’t excel.
