Some of the sales staff is rude at this location. I haven’t bought pods at a Nespresso store in a bit, but I remember them always being super friendly and allowing you to try different things so you knew what you were buying. It seems like that has shifted to only sampling the seasonal flavor. That would all be fine if the person attempting sales wasn’t rude. A wonderful place, in a highly upscale area, without the upscale cost. Prices are comparable to their online ordering website and live customer service telephone line, and you can sample the coffee, before you order a whole sleeve. Find THE COLOR of YOUR DREAMS. I was glad to discover that I was able to access my online account, without having to pull my iPhone out of my pocket.

I stopped in for a coffee on a Saturday afternoon. The store is very elegant and the coffee stand has a little window seating area if you want to do a little Beverly Hills people watching. I liked their simple menu. I went for the Hazelnut Latte. The barista was really pleasant and helpful. My coffee was really pretty quickly. It was made perfectly and tasted exactly like I hoped it would. It was my first visit - but definitely not my last.
