Some of the sales staff is rude at this location. I haven’t bought pods at a Nespresso store in a bit, but I remember them always being super friendly and allowing you to try different things so you knew what you were buying. It seems like that has shifted to only sampling the seasonal flavor. That would all be fine if the person attempting sales wasn’t rude. He would barely make eye contact except to say no I could not try a pod I’ve never tasted before. The other sales people seemed friendlier than the one attempting sales we had, so maybe we just had the one rude person. That said, I don’t see much of a reason to buy in person if you don’t even let me try things out, and definitely wouldn’t come back here.

A wonderful place, in a highly upscale area, without the upscale cost. Prices are comparable to their online ordering website and live customer service telephone line, and you can sample the coffee, before you order a whole sleeve. Find THE COLOR of YOUR DREAMS. I was glad to discover that I was able to access my online account, without having to pull my iPhone out of my pocket.

I stopped in for a coffee on a Saturday afternoon. The store is very elegant and the coffee stand has a little window seating area if you want to do a little Beverly Hills people watching. I liked their simple menu. I went for the Hazelnut Latte. The barista was really pleasant and helpful. My coffee was really pretty quickly. It was made perfectly and tasted exactly like I hoped it would. It was my first visit - but definitely not my last.

The worst service I've ever seen in Beverly. some girl with unwashed hair said that they don’t have any new varieties of coffee. and they can only serve you one type of coffee. They have nothing else for visitors!!! then she brought me the purchased capsules and gave me two decaffeinated capsules as a gift. Why the coffee lovers need them? complete stupid team in luxury place

All types of Coffee taste excellent and consistent. Service is great. Employees are knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. Store, bathroom and sitting area are super clean. Layout of the store is excellent. George Clooney ad for Nespresso US is excellent, but I wish I could also see David Wickham ad for Nespresso UK. We have bought coffee machines and containers and they are excellent and of high quality. Amazing capsules. Best food. Best Service. Best Ambiance. The Best !!

I snagged a fantastic Nespresso machine from Facebook Marketplace – a gem! Started with Nespresso pods from Amazon. I checked out the store on a Sunday to taste some flavors. Ivan kindly allowed me to try the daily pod, but remember you can only sample one specific flavor daily. I Bought a new flavor and got samples.The store's vibe is lovely, filled with espresso machines, merchandise, glasses, cups, and all the Nespresso pods you can imagine. Ivan even threw in samples and a bag for used pods – bonus!Overall, it was a great experience, though my primary mission was flavor sampling before the online order.You can also chill with your coffee there, but I didn't stick around.Parking- two hours of free parking. I'm not a big fan of Beverly Hills traffic and crowds, but hey, I'm from Santa Monica and work in Beverly Hills on Sundays, so that's how I ended up here. Happy sipping!

Not a welcoming space at all. A very unfriendly bunch of ppl working there who treat you as if you're bugging them. I've been here a few times and it's the same experience no matter who's helping me. I guess I kinda shrug it off at this point since I know what to expect. If you visit here just know you will be treated like a burden by the staff. You may want to shop online if you don't want to be served a bad attitude along side your coffee. Oh if you go during a busy time, it can be chaotic. You have to hope that a rep makes eye contact with you and invites you over to their station. Otherwise you'll just be one of the many ppl standing around looking confused because there isn't a line or any sort of order that happens when multiple ppl come in at once.

What. Am I say when a beautiful lady is making espresso and stops to place my simple order : sends me off with a wry smile and a bag with a gift of a taste of another blend... Brand loyalty is simply something you built into your machine's and yeah: it's friggin rodeo drive Beverly Hills, but don't discount the talent you hire. Christ!?!! The kindness shown by the staff;. Good people. Good product but: I'm learning more...

I love the Nespresso Beverly Hills location because they have the best customer service, drinks and ambiance. I've had the best experience here because of lovely Amber. She is kind, knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. I was going to buy a new coffee machine at another location, but walked out because the person I was working with was unprofessional and rude. Amber, on the other hand, made me feel so comfortable and went all out to make sure I was buying the machine that fit my needs best. If you need to visit the store, make sure to ask for her. You won't regret it!!

This store is one of the nicest locations I have been to. There is a small cafe in the front to have a cup of coffee with friends, or when purchasing items it is a very convenient location. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable on the products. I asked a question on the care of my machine and he was very thorough in the detail on how to care for my machine.I mentioned that I was interested in one of the coffee flavors and he was able to provide me with a sample. This will now be the location I do my shopping at for supplies moving forward.

Worst shopping experience if you just want to buy coffee pods. They seriously will not let you just grab a few sleeves of pods and buy them. You have to wait for an attendant to free themselves up and then place an order at a kiosk. Then they have to go in the back and collect your items. Then you meet them at the front register. It’s insanity. I just want coffee pods. I walked out with zero purchases. I will buy my pods from Ralphs.

Beautiful store and great place for first time Nespresso shoppers! Very knowledgeable and patient staff; nice display of all the different models and pods. Also a much quieter and more elegant place to get a cup of coffee than most of the other cafes or coffee drink places in Beverly Hills. I love their window side seating area with a beautiful wall of plants and comfy sofa. Wish their coffee bar would have as many flavors as the pods they offer but must give a shout out to their all-paper, including the lid, coffee cups. And the public parking lot (first two hours free) is a great plus for this store.

The experience of this Nespresso store is a great experience and good atmosphere, but the best was amazing customer service ? . The sales clerk was the team member lead he was amazing and very knowledgeable about his coffee ☕️. The young lady working in the coffee shop was very friendly. Overall, it was a great experience.
