Decided to get Starbucks on our way home, never been to this location. When we pulled in, it said something about paid parking but since no one was there to give us a ticket to valet we just parked. Went inside Starbucks, it was really packed for a random Saturday. Took about 25 mins for our order to be ready. As we were leaving the attendant was there but didn’t say anything to us. He waited until we were pulled up ready to try to exit when he hands us a ticket to get validated....read full review
The men’s restroom is in disrepair with a light fixture having one out of two bulbs out and the blow dryer for your hands isn’t working properly and the sink fixture is falling apart. I consulted Blanche the manager and she told me the inside is do for a refresh June 20th and those things should be addressed. The bathroom is very dark. This Starbucks Coffee Company is a cozy spot with great coffee and a relaxing vibe. The staff is friendly, quick, and helpful, with service of high quality. One barista offered a free cannonball drink and four pop cups for pups. Another barista was the most friendly and helpful. Consistent and quick across the board, it is perfect for a cup and unwind or getting work done. Five stars for the employees, who remained kind even when a customer was rude about foam on a macchiato.
