Green toast recommendation by Marina was a good option with flavorful Avacado on top did the magic. Couldn't resist shrimp toast and Classic oval tray from the menu. “Far too packed inside, makes for an extraordinarily loud and less than pleasant dinning experience. Better to eat on the patio, not on the street. The food portions are a little lackluster but the options are expensive. Get water and your drink for there are too few servers to attend to timely refills. This is the type of place you would expect to have carafes of juice and personal pots of coffee but nah, cant be bothered. Cocktails are whats on one of the two menus, so that accounts for part of the noise, too.“

The Vibe & Space: It’s actually a bit cozier and smaller than it looks on social media, but that made the atmosphere even better! The decor and table settings are incredibly cute, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

The Food: The culinary quality is outstanding. The meat dishes were perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. I also loved their menu concept—they feature unique dishes inspired by various cultures, which made choosing what to order so much fun.

Pro-Tip: Since the space is on the smaller side, I highly recommend making a reservation in advance, especially now that their dinner service is getting popular.

“I work very close by and would say this is one of the better lunch options in the area for me. Everything is always consistently ready very fast and it’s always tasty. There is a small free parking lot right out front, otherwise free street parking is also easy to find. Inside is large enough to dine in, but I always get it to go. They do have a pretty large menu with a lot of great options on it and I love that they have smoothies and drinks as well as food items.

I have tried a few different things here, but this past order I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and added avocado and honestly really liked it. The ciabatta bread was crispy and the the chicken was perfectly spicy and I just really enjoyed it. The dressing on the side salad was also terrific. I would recommend if you are in the area.“

“Hidden gem! Fresh food, huge portions, good prices. Self serve chips and salsa bar. 7 of us came after a Franklin Canyon hike. Everyone was satisfied. The breakfast burritos and meat burritos were a huge hit. French toast was mid but the pancakes looked pretty. Fresh squeezed orange juice was perfect! Plentiful free parking. Clean and organized. We also shared the French toast, which was just as delicious. For my main meal, I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich, and they definitely don’t skimp on portions—it was packed with juicy chicken and plenty of flavorful pesto. To top it off, I had an iced vanilla latte, and honestly, everything was absolutely delicious. Definitely a spot worth the visit!“

The decor is fun and unique, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the menu keeps things simple without sacrificing flavor. “I had such a wonderful breakfast here. Everything was cooked perfectly and served hot. The avocado omelet was especially delicious, and the hash browns had the ideal golden crisp to them.

The pancakes were light and fluffy, and having the syrup served on the side kept everything tidy. It is rare to find a spot that pays such close attention to the small details. I am already looking forward to my next visit.“

“I stopped by Big Art's Tacos after being curious for so long and grabbed the carne asada breakfast burrito (the OG) with an orange juice.

The burrito was HUGE and had the perfect amount of everything. Sometimes breakfast burritos are overloaded with potatoes or eggs, but this one was really balanced and every bite was amazing.

I got the salsa rojo with it and it was seriously tasty, but I wish it had a little more kick haha. That's genuinely my only complaint. The salsa verde was also on the mild side and super good as well.

The orange juice was a big surprise for me! Orange juice is my favorite juice to drink, so I have it pretty often and can usually tell when it's fresh. This was seriously some of the best orange juice I've ever had. It tasted like actual oranges, not sugary concentrate, and wasn't overly sweet at all. Just fresh, refreshing, and exactly how orange juice should taste.

The guys working there are very sweet and friendly. I appreciated the help in deciding what to get! Thanks for having me, I will be back!“

“The food and service were OK. The food used to be better when they were at the smaller place further west.
I had a kale salad with salmon and a truffled chicken panini that had prosciutto and cheese, and a slice of pizza We also ordered regular fries and lavender fries.
The salad was ok, the fries were warm, hard, and rigid, the lavender fries tasted just like the regular fries. The pizza and the truffle chicken painini were awesome!!!
The service was prompt and cordial.“

“I got the luxe breakfast burrito. I had it about 6 or 7 years ago and don't remember it being as humongous and tasty as it was. 17 bucks and change after tax. Well worth it! I got about two thirds through it and had to ask for a to go container. Honestly the BEST breakfast burrito I've ever had. They have a wide menu of options. If you're in Westwood village DO NOT snooze on this place. Absolutely fantastic!“

“We are regular here - the food, service, and atmosphere are always great! It has an old school classic diner type of feel with a mix of booths and tables. The drip coffee is excellent. The have French vanilla creamer for the coffee, which is what we usually request. Our regular breakfast items that are consistently fresh and delicious are the breakfast burrito, pancakes with strawberries, and omelettes. They make their own salsa in house, too, which you can also buy by the pint. 10/10 recommend!“
