“One of the BEST restaurants in LA. Nothing I seen in LA can compare to this place. Everything here is thoughtful, starting with the tables and ending with how the food is placed. All dishes is beyond delicious with fast impeccable sevice.The waiters are very professional, friendly and attentive.The atmosphere is like in a garden and the decorations are aesthetically pleasing: the plants, tables, chairs, glasses and plates. I would 100% recommend this restaurant to everyone. (I do suggest to get a reservation before hand because the wait without a reservation is long.)“

“Found this cool spot on a late winter morning on a weekend to LA. This is what you want a coffee/breakfast spot to feel like. It says take your time we’ll be here when you’re ready, no long cues or lines, a succinct and palate friendly menu. The welcoming large communal table near the entry way with a group of patrons enjoying both the company and their coffee was reassuring and created a wonderful vibe. “I work very close by and would say this is one of the better lunch options in the area for me. Everything is always consistently ready very fast and it’s always tasty. There is a small free parking lot right out front, otherwise free street parking is also easy to find. Inside is large enough to dine in, but I always get it to go. They do have a pretty large menu with a lot of great options on it and I love that they have smoothies and drinks as well as food items.

I have tried a few different things here, but this past order I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and added avocado and honestly really liked it. The ciabatta bread was crispy and the the chicken was perfectly spicy and I just really enjoyed it. The dressing on the side salad was also terrific. I would recommend if you are in the area.“

We also shared the French toast, which was just as delicious. I've tried their Breakfast and lunch and everything has been delicious. Their breakfast egg, bacon and pancakes platter 10 out if 10. Their popular Enchiladas Ranchera, on point. Mole chicken enchiladas BOMBAY!! And I'm picky as hell when it comes to mole. Recently ordered a Chicken Caesar salad, as well as their seasoned potato wedges (they don't serve fries), big portions and so good. Best of all, the prices are very reasonable. Oh and almost forgot, in my last visit there was a complimentary chips and salsa mini bar. Friendly staff, fast service, good food, great prices. It is 1000% a hidden gem in Studio City.“

“First time coming here. Just wanted a cute vegan spot for coffee with some food. They had so many options it was hard to choose. I ended up ordering something extra to go. Everything was so good. I had the breakfast sandwich, dirty chai latte, jackfruit tacos and a tart with apples and almonds. It’s bittersweet that I live in South LA otherwise I’d be here every week. 😅“

“We were going to the Griffith park for the train ride but we decided to stop at a cafe shop first. My aunt order the hamburger with fries which she finished the whole thing. Me n my toddler we had some of her fries which it was pretty good.
I order the French toast with ham and eggs. The French toast was good but the flavor was alright to me. It was very soft. The scrambled eggs tasted better when I add some salt to it. The ham tastes good. I order the lemonade which is really good.“

“We arrived within 30 minutes of closing and the hostess came outside to flag us in that they were still open. All hands on deck with happy dispositions and friendly hospitality to get our beverages and refill them consistently and our food to the table right quick.

My husband and I both had omelettes and a side of links, and the omelettes came with a house-made salsa that was divine. He also had a small order of biscuits and gravy which he adored. He is German and I am from a Greek-American diner family, and we live in Germany now. We both love the classic American diners and seek them out when we are visiting my family, and this was top tier.

The whole ambiance is iconic American diner. I wish I could import the whole place and team over to Germany to show my fellow countrymen what American cuisine and warmth tastes and feels like. I cannot recommend the bacon avocado omelette enough to you. Go now, 11/10“

“i was skeptical at first but they surprisingly exceeded my expectations! it’s not in the nicest area which was making me a little scared the food may be low quality or the restaurant could be dirty, but it wasn’t at all. it was a beautiful vibe, with girly colors and pretty chairs and decor!! perfect place for a bubbly girls breakfast. i got the side of potato bites and fruit, the fruit was okay but i loved the potato bites. my boyfriend got a side of eggs and the churro french toast. eggs were pretty good, and the french toast was rlly sweet, idk if i could eat more than just a bite but if you love sugary sweet unhealthy breakfast then you might just love it. the service was kind and the servers were hustling but as a server myself i could tell they were slightly understaffed for a Thursday morning. anyways id recommend coming here for a cheap fun breakfast with the girls !! :)“

“Whenever we are even close to Downtown LA and staying in a hotel for a night or more, we have IHop delivered. It is just the best.

We have eaten at this one more than once and it is clean, the service just great and the whole place is very comfortable. The servers are always nice.

This time we had it delivered and it was, as always so good. They pack it all in such a way there is no way it can get ruined or food mixed with other food. The delivery is fast and I have never had an issue, not once.

This time we had burgers, which were so good with bacon and cheese. My grandson had a grilled cheese sandwich with French fries and he loved it. I am the huge pancake lover in the family so I had their big breakfast that comes with the best, most fluffy and perfect pancakes along with hash browns and bacon, ham and sausage. It was all great and I saved the meat for our dogs who were waiting for us to get home (we were at a hotel nearby).

It is just the best and the prices are so fair. You will pay much more for some fancy place, but their pancakes won't be as good.

I had a chicken taco with tortilla chips, one person had a chicken wrap with a bowl of fruit, another person had a steak quesadilla, 4th person had fish taco with beans and rice, and fifth person had an eggs, bacon, hash browns and French toast breakfast. We were there for Saturday lunch and we parked in the building where the restaurant is located for a $6 flat rate.“
