“Food was delicious cooked to perfection just like I asked, their protein pancakes delicious no need to add syrup or anything they are perfect. The server very attentive fast and super nice, now the atmosphere is a bit too loud for my liking and the waiting time isn't that fast but that's something they can't control so other than that everyone should come down to IHOP and enjoy the delicious food 😋.“

“Walking into this restaurant was refreshing. It has very calming ambiance. Combination with the great healthy option and tasty food was a cherry on top. Green toast recommendation by Marina was a good option with flavorful Avacado on top did the magic. Couldn't resist shrimp toast and Classic oval tray from the menu. Food tasted really fresh and overall service was very welcoming and positive. Totally recommended for anyone who enjoys healthy food options, breakfast or lunch!“

“Far too packed inside, makes for an extraordinarily loud and less than pleasant dinning experience. Better to eat on the patio, not on the street. The food portions are a little lackluster but the options are expensive. Get water and your drink for there are too few servers to attend to timely refills. This is the type of place you would expect to have carafes of juice and personal pots of coffee but nah, cant be bothered. Cocktails are whats on one of the two menus, so that accounts for part of the noise, too.“

“Hidden gem! Fresh food, huge portions, good prices. Self serve chips and salsa bar. 7 of us came after a Franklin Canyon hike. Everyone was satisfied. The breakfast burritos and meat burritos were a huge hit. French toast was mid but the pancakes looked pretty. Fresh squeezed orange juice was perfect! Plentiful free parking. Clean and organized. Very dependable Mom and Pop spot, worth supporting!“

“so i checked out rise n shine cafe recently, and it was pretty chill. the place has a cozy, casual vibe, good for a quick breakfast or brunch. i ordered some pancakes and coffee, and they were pretty tasty — nothing too fancy but quite satisfying. prices are reasonable, and the portions are decent. the staff was friendly and quick to take my order. it wasn’t too busy when i was there, so it felt relaxed. overall, if you’re looking for a laid-back spot to start your day with some good breakfast food, this place is worth a try. might come back if i’m around and craving a simple, tasty morning meal.“

“Brother's Burgers is a great, blue collar, hole in the wall kind of place. I've only been for lunch, and I go for a burger and fries. The owners take pride and care in what they're grilling. As much as I love their burgers, I think the fries are even better. They make them fresh from potatoes, right on the spot. Don't think In n' Out fries, though. These are thicker, more solid. And the portion is very generous. All the guys I work with swear by the breakfast burritos here. Brother's is known for them. While I haven't tried them, their reputation is real.“

“Stopped here on the way to the airport and I was not disappointed! I had a ham, cheese, mushroom and onion omelette (not on the menu exactly) with country potatoes and it was delicious! The coffee was good, the food came fast and got and the server was great. I'll be eating here again when I'm back in town. But they are cash only, luckily I had some on hand . . .“

“I stopped by Big Art's Tacos after being curious for so long and grabbed the carne asada breakfast burrito (the OG) with an orange juice.

The burrito was HUGE and had the perfect amount of everything. Sometimes breakfast burritos are overloaded with potatoes or eggs, but this one was really balanced and every bite was amazing.

I got the salsa rojo with it and it was seriously tasty, but I wish it had a little more kick haha. That's genuinely my only complaint. The salsa verde was also on the mild side and super good as well.

The orange juice was a big surprise for me! Orange juice is my favorite juice to drink, so I have it pretty often and can usually tell when it's fresh. This was seriously some of the best orange juice I've ever had. It tasted like actual oranges, not sugary concentrate, and wasn't overly sweet at all. Just fresh, refreshing, and exactly how orange juice should taste.

The guys working there are very sweet and friendly. I appreciated the help in deciding what to get! Thanks for having me, I will be back!“

“Great baked goods. My wife had the Tres Leches cake. It was beyond good, it was great. Moist, but not soaking wet like some Tres Leches cakes can be. The apple coffee cake was off the hook. All I can say is; just make a trip to Neighbarista; you won’t regret it!“

“The food and service were OK. The food used to be better when they were at the smaller place further west.
I had a kale salad with salmon and a truffled chicken panini that had prosciutto and cheese, and a slice of pizza We also ordered regular fries and lavender fries.
The salad was ok, the fries were warm, hard, and rigid, the lavender fries tasted just like the regular fries. The pizza and the truffle chicken painini were awesome!!!

“We are regular here - the food, service, and atmosphere are always great! It has an old school classic diner type of feel with a mix of booths and tables. The drip coffee is excellent. The have French vanilla creamer for the coffee, which is what we usually request. Our regular breakfast items that are consistently fresh and delicious are the breakfast burrito, pancakes with strawberries, and omelettes. They make their own salsa in house, too, which you can also buy by the pint. 10/10 recommend!“

“Our dinner last night at IHOP was outstanding. I believe the difference was the service we received from Benjamin. We were greeted with friendliness and a smile as soon as we walked in the door and were seated promptly. Beverage order taken and filled quickly. All options and substitutions we addressed and accepted. The food was delicious, exactly how we wanted it, and served in a timely manner. Benjamin made sure our drinks were always full. He was really on top of everything during our meal making it a very smooth experience. We have gone to this IHOP many times over the years and typically the service is adequate. Unfortunately the previous time we had gone it was terrible. So much so that we addressed it with the manager another day. They offered to comp us a dinner, but that wasn't what we wanted, just better service. We decided to give them one last shot before writing them off. Last night was the complete opposite in the best way. Just service that went above and beyond any expectations. Benjamin really made all the difference and he is the reason will continue to go to this IHOP.“

“I love going to Ihop with my family and been to several Ihop's. I enjoyed the experience at this one because Jhoan was very professional, attentive, polite, efficient, and genuine. He helped us get our order and our special request since I have a picky eater. He's a great waiter because he also has patience towards kids making noise or spilling something by accident. Which at other places waiters have rolled their eyes & given attitude. Jhoan was very professional we enjoyed eating at this location and we didn't felt rush in paying, thank you. When I come back to eat hopefully we get Jhoan's help again!“
