“We arrived within 30 minutes of closing and the hostess came outside to flag us in that they were still open. All hands on deck with happy dispositions and friendly hospitality to get our beverages and refill them consistently and our food to the table right quick.

My husband and I both had omelettes and a side of links, and the omelettes came with a house-made salsa that was divine. He also had a small order of biscuits and gravy which he adored. He is German and I am from a Greek-American diner family, and we live in Germany now. We both love the classic American diners and seek them out when we are visiting my family, and this was top tier.

The whole ambiance is iconic American diner. I wish I could import the whole place and team over to Germany to show my fellow countrymen what American cuisine and warmth tastes and feels like. I cannot recommend the bacon avocado omelette enough to you. Go now, 11/10“

“One of the BEST restaurants in LA. Nothing I seen in LA can compare to this place. Everything here is thoughtful, starting with the tables and ending with how the food is placed. All dishes is beyond delicious with fast impeccable sevice.The waiters are very professional, friendly and attentive.The atmosphere is like in a garden and the decorations are aesthetically pleasing: the plants, tables, chairs, glasses and plates. In the heart of USC, so a place that is friendly to the college students is important for the area. Parking sort of is a hit or miss, so if you’re able to walk, or park blocks away, that’s recommended. Enjoyed the French Toast combo and the Combo 1 w/ Pancakes! Iced coffee was SUBLIME. Cannot wait to come back.“

“First of all, this place is highly talked about for their fluffy pancakes—and now I see why! We had to try them, and they were incredibly soft, with the melted butter on top making them even better. We also shared the French toast, which was just as delicious. For my main meal, I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich, and they definitely don’t skimp on portions—it was packed with juicy chicken and plenty of flavorful pesto. To top it off, I had an iced vanilla latte, and honestly, everything was absolutely delicious. Definitely a spot worth the visit!“

“Enjoyed sitting outdoors with my daughter and two granddaughters after their Kaiser appointments. I had a very tasty Turkey Club sandwich with waffle fries, while my daughter enjoyed a great omelette and her kids had mini-Belgian waffles with sprinkles. Just Perfect!!“

“We were going to the Griffith park for the train ride but we decided to stop at a cafe shop first. My aunt order the hamburger with fries which she finished the whole thing. Me n my toddler we had some of her fries which it was pretty good.
I order the French toast with ham and eggs. The French toast was good but the flavor was alright to me. It was very soft. The scrambled eggs tasted better when I add some salt to it. The ham tastes good. I order the lemonade which is really good.“

“i was skeptical at first but they surprisingly exceeded my expectations! it’s not in the nicest area which was making me a little scared the food may be low quality or the restaurant could be dirty, but it wasn’t at all. it was a beautiful vibe, with girly colors and pretty chairs and decor!! perfect place for a bubbly girls breakfast. i got the side of potato bites and fruit, the fruit was okay but i loved the potato bites. my boyfriend got a side of eggs and the churro french toast. eggs were pretty good, and the french toast was rlly sweet, idk if i could eat more than just a bite but if you love sugary sweet unhealthy breakfast then you might just love it. the service was kind and the servers were hustling but as a server myself i could tell they were slightly understaffed for a Thursday morning. anyways id recommend coming here for a cheap fun breakfast with the girls !! :)“

“We are regular here - the food, service, and atmosphere are always great! It has an old school classic diner type of feel with a mix of booths and tables. The drip coffee is excellent. The have French vanilla creamer for the coffee, which is what we usually request. Our regular breakfast items that are consistently fresh and delicious are the breakfast burrito, pancakes with strawberries, and omelettes. They make their own salsa in house, too, which you can also buy by the pint. 10/10 recommend!“

He was able to get my food rushed, and the night Manager I believe was also very helpful and good. I witnessed him helping a Uber Eats driver, we need more people in the world who are like them. “I’ve been cutting out refined sugar and it’s been difficult but I came across this place and I was able to have a wonderful chocolate shake with almond milk and cocoa, yes it had sugar but pure cane sugar. “So I wanted to wait till I was sure about what my tongue was saying. This is the fourth time I have gotten food from Egg Tuck. Got to say that I am unbelievably surprised that it is this good!
My go-to breakfast burrito went away when the Starbucks in the same center closed. About a week later I forgetting that it was closed, I stopped and got out of my car. That's when my brain kicked in and realized Starbucks was closed. I was hungry so I decided to give Egg Tuck a go. The first bite into that breakfast burrito was mind-blowing. I only wanted to eat half but I ended up eating the whole thing. At that moment I wanted to write the review, but I held myself back. No way it could be that good... Right? I decided to do a few more visits before I did my review. I changed my order a little bit each time. Then I decided to do the big test, I added smoked ham (not a big fan of smoked ham and breakfast burritos). I finished the burrito, ham and all.
This is why I'm writing this review. Do yourself a favor and try this place out. Your taste buds will Thank You“
