Not from LA, just visiting from up north. I first tried Eggslut in London when I briefly lived there. Decided to give it a go again back home in California. Amazing food! Cannot stress that enough. I do love an egg sandwich though, so that helps. I usually get the bacon, egg, and cheese which is of course a breakfast classic and Eggslut does it justice. The brioche bun they use is mighty fine. Worth it! This place gets quite busy but the queues do move fast. As the name suggests most of their food revolves around eggs. The food is made right in front of you in an open kitchen. There is some seating available outdoors and Limited seating indoors. This is located right outside the historic Bradbury building too. We tried the bacon, egg and cheese and the fairfax sandwich, both were eggcellent. The place is open for breakfast.
