Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! My hats off to the chef for cooking comfort food that made me feel like I was at home! The hospitality is beyond amazing! The owners are extremely welcoming and serve as well. The food is amazing. I had their new Sweet Chili Crunch Chicken Sandwich. It was delicious beyond words. I definitely recommend this place. Overall 10/10. Definitely coming back here.“

“One of the World Cup games was playing on a Saturday, still saw a table in around half an hour. The food was reallyyyy good (i recommend the carnitas nachos for sure) and our server, Alom, answered questions almost INSTANTLY it almost seemed to defy human processing speed, he checked in on us with fair regularity despite the full house, and he very decisively made recommendations on whether to get bone in or boneless wings (bone-in practically melted off the bone, phenomenally recommended).“

The pizza slices are so massive and the smoothies/mocha freeze Are are really satisfying. Good place to stave off hunger when you’re shopping at Costco. Ample seating.“
