Nestled in Burbank, Eat N Park is a phenomenal breakfast spot & is a true hidden gem!
Get there early because it does get packed and for good reason! Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. Gotta love this place, good prices, delicious food, great and friendly service, thoroughly enjoyed the biscuits and gravy; and the bacon/hash browns
