I had the Carolina Pulled Pork sw. It was too much for me to eat it all, but I got the rest takeaway and ate it later. The atmosphere was dark like a good BBQ place. ?Vegetarian options: My friend had the veggie burger and she ate it all and said it was good. It had black beans in it, maybe a little crumbly but still yummy.“

“A hidden gem right out in the open. This is the best tri-tip sandwich I've ever eaten. Hyperbole? Maybe it's because this food is so darn good! I am very happy that this place has not been overrun yet, with a line through the parking lot. The owner/operator and his staff are so down to earth and so kind I feel like I'm popping into my buddy's BBQ and mooching his amazing food. Try the Trooper Sandwich and the Camper salad. Fantastic, delicious and addictive.“

“It was the best Korean barbecue experience. Everything was perfect, especially the grilled beef tongue melted in my mouth. The servers were very friendly and the service was very good. The interior is so clean and modern that it makes you want to come back anytime.“
“The food here is great. We order the bbq chicken and it has never been a disappointment. Always sizzling hot ( it comes out sizzling on a cast iron dish), and many different spicy levels. The old lady working is accommodating to our young children and committed to our experience being good. We will all keep eating here until the sodium kills us.“
“Had a party yesterday and we used Ribs USA to cater. The price was not bad at all. We got for 40 people and had SO much left over that we're going to have pulled pork and homemade chicken salad for weeks. Everyone was munching on the ribs and the chicken and utilizing them was so no fuss and quite good. The staff was so helpful with our questions and needs. I would definitely cater with them again in the future.“
“Finally got a chance to try this out since had my eye on it since it opened in the neighborhood. The restaurant is on the smaller side and has about 15 tables total so definitely have a bit of patience if going right at dinner time. They only take reservations for parties over 5. If you go at non-peak times, should be able to get seated right away. The host and servers were friendly and constantly came by to clear plates as they were finished and refill drinks. Food wise, you can order a la carte or from 2 levels of AYCE. We went for the premium AYCE and enjoyed it after leaving stuffed and wagyu oozing from our pores. The meat quality was excellent and while each plate was only 4-7 slices, you can just keep ordering if you can handle all the rich and fatty meats. The carpaccios and other appetizers were good and you can order 1/2 size of many dishes so you don't overstuff yourself. So while the price ($75), for premium is definitely up there, it is fair for the quality of the meats and other options. You have a 90 min. limit so be mindful of that as the food does not come out as quickly when the restaurant is full. Overall, something to splurge on once in a while and if you're looking for premium meats. Friendly tip- wear clothes you don't mind smelling like bbq/smoke as their exhaust system could use some improvement as you can visibly see the smoke later in the night when busy as the exhaust at each table is lacking in effectiveness.“
