“Food was super tasty! Price was great for the portion they give and they really load up the bowl. Service was quick and my cashier was nice!

I got the spicy mayo chicken bowl and the chicken was juicy with a crispy batter. The sauce was really spicy which I loved and it went great with their house made pickles! Rice was perfectly cooked and soaked up all the sauce. I also got a side of their kimchi and it was good not as spicy as I like my kimchi but it had a good brine and crisp flavor and was a perfect combination with the spicy chicken.

Overall I will be coming back and am very happy that they’re a quick walk from my job!“

As far as the food I would drive from Beverly Hills just to get their bowls. It deserves a five-star. Everything went incredibly smooth and the staff were incredibly professional. I could go on and on about the quality of the food but I haven't had every dish. The one dish I had the bulgogi with rice was done to perfection. The rice was correctly made as can be. And the flavor from the bulgogi was not overly sweet and left a great aftertaste. Couldn't recommend it enough. If you're ever in the neighborhood pick some up you'll be happy you did.“

“For the quality, taste, price, and portions, you can’t find a lot of places better than Soowon Galbi. We got the Combo D (Unseasoned Prime Short Rib, Soowon Galbi, Prime Rib Eye Steak, Kkot Sal, Joo Mul Luk, Chadol, Bulgogi), which was filling even for 7 people! I usually don’t love non-marinated meats in KBBQ but tell me why the ones here were so tasty.

The servers were friendly and cooked the meats very nicely for us. I liked the Seafood Pancake, Galbitang, and complementary soups, though the Jap Chae was not my favorite. They were very generous with the rice, too.“

They said no dogs at 1st,then I stated she is service animal.

Then he grilled me on type of service she provides, we answered his demands,but still didn't want us to have the service animal.
We finally got to eat. But after about 30 minutes of waiting, then they stuck us in the back corner, but he clearly did not want the dog in the building.

So bring your service animals here. But be prepared for a verbal confrontation and questioning.“

“A very delicious wrapped shawarma. The sauce is tasty, and the meat is super fresh and marinated. Personally, I would have added more vegetables. But overall, I really enjoyed it. The staff is very welcoming and friendly; they speak English, Armenian, and Russian. I recommend it 100%.“

“We were greeted at the door, and given complimentary miso soup with our order. We got six different Yubu (buy five get one free). They were FANTASTIC. The torched salmon was a little overcooked, so it was a little fishy, but overall they were very good. Bulgogi and King Yubu were overall favorites.“

The dongchimi noodles are a must when coming here, it’s what it’s best known for. Paired with their bulgogi, the experience just gets better. I’m not one who likes sweet, soy based marinated meats, but this place does it so well. Their marinade is not too strong or sweet, the meat is soft. Dip it into their nutty and savory sesame oil? Game over. The combination is just amazing. Please try these two together! Highly recommend. Yes, the bulgogi is a bit pricey, but it hits and the meat is so soft.“

“My favorite Korean barbecue in Los Angeles. All the side dishes are fantastic and there is so much variety you can tell they really thought it through! The meat quality is also fantastic. Their marinated galbi is my favorite beef in the world. If all of that is not enough, it is also the only Korean barbecue place that cares enough about the customers that they have a ventilated stove so you don’t smell like Korean barbecue walking out of this restaurant it’s amazing.“

“Amazing food, so worth the price as well! The 대창 is so delicious!! I have twin babies and the restaurant was very accommodating to my family & I with our stroller. We really appreciated it since we previously came from a way more spacious outdoor restaurant that gave us horrible service due to us having babies with us.
