Back when Chips & Queso was on the menu, this was hands-down the best Texas BBQ in California.
Now that Chips & Queso is no longer on the menu, Bludso’s is merely the best Texas BBQ in California _that I know about_. Plausibly there’s better, if Chips & Queso was on the menu somewhere else that had meat this good. But I doubt it, and I really do love this place, but it absolutely has to be said: Chips & Queso desperately needs to come back onto the menu.
