For the quality, taste, price, and portions, you can’t find a lot of places better than Soowon Galbi. We got the Combo D (Unseasoned Prime Short Rib, Soowon Galbi, Prime Rib Eye Steak, Kkot Sal, Joo Mul Luk, Chadol, Bulgogi), which was filling even for 7 people! I usually don’t love non-marinated meats in KBBQ but tell me why the ones here were so tasty.

In my opinion this is the best kbbq in la! Such wonderful service and incredible quality. Loved every single Banchan..
Was visiting LA, stopped by Soowon Galbi for KBBQ dinner per friend’s recommendation and it was delicious! Had to be on waitlist but was so worth the wait! Good quality meat, generous side dishes, and quick and fast service! Clean restaurant!

Soowon Galbi offers a variety of delicious Korean dishes, with the marinated short rib being a standout favorite. The restaurant's cozy atmosphere and attentive service make it a great place to enjoy authentic Korean cuisine that is hard to find elsewhere. The quality of the food is top-notch, and the galbi is particularly praised by customers as being the best in Koreatown - tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The cold noodles and other side dishes, such as the steamed egg and galbi tang, are also highly recommended and complement the meal well. Overall, Soowon Galbi provides an excellent dining experience for those seeking exceptional Korean barbecue and authentic flavors.
