“A good reliable place to eat. It's like a coffee shop but they serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and have a bar too. Never have I had a bad experience. Although, their actual hours are different than what is internet posted.

Parking: There are other businesses that share parking but had never not found parking.“

“After years away due to distance, I went with 3 friends to celebrate my birthday. Everything was amazing, even the other patrons! We split a bottle of wine and had short ribs, prime rib, salad and meatloaf as well as nachos and grilled veggie apps. Not a single disappointment! We will certainly return! Service was top notch!

“I have dined at Meteora many times before and it's usually been excellent however the night that we went, the timing of the courses was notably off and delayed. The couple next to us got there right before and another couple 2 tables down got there after us and they were both 2 entire courses ahead of us. The entire meal lasted 3 hours due to this. There was plenty of staff - we saw staff constantly circulating so I have no idea what happened. When I said something, they were apologetic and offered us more drinks on the house, which I did appreciate, however, I really wasn't planning on such a long dining experience and disliked that we were essentially forgotten for the first half of our time there.“

“We visited Cara restaurant for my birthday, and it was such a lovely, cozy spot! The ambiance was perfect, and the staff were all very polite and attentive, which made our experience enjoyable. We started with the caramelized Brussels sprouts, oysters, and truffle fries. The oysters were incredibly fresh and definitely stood out, while the Brussels sprouts and truffle fries were decent, though nothing extraordinary. For drinks, we tried the Cactus and the Cali, and both were fantastic! We really enjoyed them. Our main course was the chicken shawarma. The flavor was okay, but we felt the presentation could have been better. Overall, Cara is a nice restaurant with a great atmosphere. We're looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes!“

“Best Nashville hot chicken around. Slaw was great. The pickles and sauce were so good. Fries look amazing but I did not try them this time. Friendly and fun staff. Finding seating was a little hard/ weird but we were seated before our food was ready. They have awesome pebble ice but no soda on tap. Just cans! Only downfall but the amazing food makes up for it.“

“Really fabulous experience. We were visiting and stumbled upon this place by accident because the smell caught our nose. Service was great, and the chef was excellent and kind. He does a rotating menu based on the seasons so ingredients are seasonal and very fresh. The dishes were refreshing, flavorful, interesting and not too heavy. We ordered the waldorf salad, grilled sourdough (so good), tuna crudo, aguachile, and risotto (amazing). Wanted to try the griddle cake but they were out. Also you must get the strawberry shortcake for dessert if its in season, we ate it so quick and savored every bite. Thank you to the team at Holy Saints, we’ll be back!“

“I ate here late on a Friday night, and the food was incredible! I got the Banger with tater tots, and everything was delicious. The tots are seasoned and come with a green chile sauce and ketchup. The sandwich was hot, cheesy, and so flavorful. I loved the crispy shallots! There are only 4 seats inside, so there might not be seating if you go at a busy time. The employees were all friendly and the overall atmosphere was bright and fun. This place is a gem!“

“One of the best meals I’ve ever had in LA. You can tell the chef loves what he does. The food tasted clean and fresh, and every dish was either wholly unique or an original take on simple dishes (a skin on roast chicken that isn’t greasy? Pork belly that’s crispy, yet melt in your mouth delicious? My partner hates pork belly and even he was impressed!) Our party of 4 ordered quite a bit of food and I found the portions to be perfect. I ordered the burger for dinner, and as a “best of list” skeptic, I can confirm they absolutely earned that spot, it was incredible.

The desserts sounded “LA fancy” (pretty to look at, sounds impressive, but mid in execution) and I was expecting heavy, especially with the ingredients listed, but they were the *exact opposite* - meticulously made, not overly sweet, and *light and delicate*. We got the panna cotta, the walnut tart, and the fried pie, and each one was a smash hit. The walnut tart was insane.

They accommodated my sister’s gluten allergy, and we never felt rushed or unwelcome. A new favorite for sure.

“I'm vegetarian and appreciate the options anywhere I can get them. I've only been here for the sandwiches, the Hancock St and Eggplant Parm sammies, both are delicious and hit the void in my tummy for a decent sandwich. They also have salads, sides, pasta and pizza veggie options but that's not what I was here for lol although I'm sure they're all also delicious. My only wish for this place would be an additional veggie sandwich.

The sourdough bread and butter was wonderful. I ordered a fantastic burger, and my wife was surprised by the amount of chicken that came with the salad. “It's rare when every plate you order is great but from the appetizer to salad to entree to cocktail to dessert --everything was delicious. The biscuits and ham were fantastic. The wedge salad had great flavor contrasts. I had the stroganoff which was fantastic, highly recommend it. My lady had the flat iron steak which was generous and had an excellent char. I had the rum drink where the surfer's go, and it was hard not to order another one!

Owner Kari is delightful and you will have the warmest hospitality warm welcoming while noshing on the most delicious choice of grub!! No slacking here; food is beautifully prepared by co-owner Kevin with farm fresh to table delights, whatever is in season and at its peak of freshness. Hubby and I so highly recommend and we don't say that lightly- we aren't always the easiest to please with all our fussy requests. None ever needed here as we will take each and every dish just as Kevin prepares it. Hoping they can host our daughter & future son-in-laws reception!! Can't imagine on giving their guests anything short of delightful and scrumptious selections!! Check schedule as they often are hosting weddings, parties, and such with no wonder why!!“
