“Had a quick lunch here after a appointment near by. It gives old dinner feels with plenty of local seniors enjoy the afternoon. I was between a few things so I asked my waiter and he recommended the club sandwich. Sandwich was good but not much flavor and a bit dry. I would describe the food here as safe and nothing special at all. The waiter was very nice though and the environment was old but somewhat charming.“

“Sat in the bar area for Happy Hour. Great drink prices and generous wine pours. Two pulled pork sliders @ $10 was excellent, as were the garlic fries. Also ordered the wings, which were less of a bargain and did not include celery or carrots. Service was prompt and friendly. Volume was loud, and not helped by music from speakers and TV volume turned up over the bar.“

“Ordered the off-menu Pomodoro pasta and it did not disappoint. The tomato and petit basil sauce was bright, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The wax beans were a standout - snappy and bright with serrano chile, toasted hazelnuts, and a tangy Frenchie vinaigrette. The garden lettuces were crisp and well dressed with radish vinaigrette, fresh dill, walnuts, and shallots. Good vibe, happy staff, great mix of flavors. The orange wine pairing tied it all together. “We went with three of our grandchildren, 15, 14, and 12. They had been and we all went. We were seated immediately answered impressed and then charmed by the host, and then our server, the incredible Oscar! He is a gem, and I hope they realize what they’ve got there! He delivered the food in a timely manner, we ate like wolves, paid, departed, and knew we’d be back soon. Maybe even next weekend with the five younger gks who missed out this time.“

“Stumbled upon this place after googling Cajun food in Pasadena. Looked good so I went in. Food was great. They are not breaking new ground on unexplored culinary territory or anything, it’s southern, but it’s done well, quite well actually. Everything had loads of flavour, the fried chicken was salty and wonderful. The bbq shrimp was pumped up with creole seasoning. The angel biscuit was a nice and fluffy biscuit, pretty good, but I found myself wishing it was as served with some honey butter or some sweet element. Salty honey butter would be great. Oh and great prices on the food too.

The service was fine, friendly, attentive, etc.
the restaurant was very bustling too, I swear everyone in there was yelling, made it quite hard to talk to the people I was in town seeing. But oh well. You can talk after.

I will tell you that Los Angeles hit the best food probably anywhere, but this gentleman PETER he creates very unique food, which is Michelin type food. “This is a really neat historic spot, a craftsman home bulit in the 1800's in S. Pasadena repurposed into a restaurant. The vibe is cozy and welcoming. It's like your meeting with friends at someone's home but with professional service, where everyone can just relax and enjoy each other's company. My first visit was with a few girlfriends years ago for their happy hour which runs m-f, from 4-6pm. Since then I've come back for their brunch, and recently dinner. All visits have been memorable and exceptional all around.
They are known for their craft cocktails. My friend had to drink called Latina Medicina and substituted vodka for tequila. It was a citrusy, refreshing drink, beautifuly presented with a large square ice cube, which apparently takes 3 days to make. My husband had the Alien Pool Party cocktail, also refreshing and very fun! We had a lot of laughs with that one. So if you've never been here and are looking for something different, then I recommend you give him a try.“

Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! My hats off to the chef for cooking comfort food that made me feel like I was at home! The hospitality is beyond amazing! The owners are extremely welcoming and serve as well. With a side of horseradish that was perfectly paired for this sandwich.“
