I had a burger and onion rings. I took an order home for my brother and split mine with my 98-year-old mother. And they join my opinion, that was the best burger ever ...cooked medium-rare ideally by the chef. With avacado, lettuce, cheese, tomato, onion, mayo ... what a fantastic burger. Oh, I won't be going back to Cafe 50s soon? You know I will! Ask for Victor, A real gentleman.
Excellent! Fun! Relaxed atmosphere! Great customer service! Clean! We had a delightful time. We got a top (little toy) each of us to play with as soon as we sat down along with our menus. A few minutes later, server came by to offer us some-kind of little trinket (toy) to play with (it curls up).... Sooo fun! And a few minutes later came by again to offer us little sheets for guessing on the Oscars for best pictures, actors, etc. the food was homey (good) and the shake was yummy...read full review

A blast from the past. Our food was excellent diner fare! Dont miss their deviled eggs sppetizer! Large portions. I love 50s diners! Lots of parking in back and on street. This place is gonna be a regular stop for me.
