I had an absolutely incredible dining experience at Qusqo Bistro. The authenticity of the dishes truly transported me to the heart of Peru. The yucca fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and delightfully tender on the inside. They were a wonderful introduction to the flavors that awaited.The kicking shrimp dish was a knockout! I stopped by after a busy work day! For my first time I had the, fish ceviche for my appetizer and the lomo saltado for my main entree! The flavor was on point and I was very pleased with chef Lucy’s take on these dishes. The atmosphere was peaceful and artistic. I definitely enjoyed and wanted to let some friends know about this hidden gem! Five stars forsure!

We ended up here looking for a coffee, got a drink and spent the next 2 hours trying different items for the menu. Very impressed by the quality. Yucca fries super crunchy and creamy inside. Lovely guacamole, and very fresh shrimps, all with a very nice sangria. We had a lovely time and an unexpected trip to Peru while sitting still. Will be back!
