“Everything is good. Their sushi is superb and the hamachi kama is soooo delicious, we ordered another one because my brother in law Jim devoured it. He don’t really eat fish, but when he tasted the hamachi kama , he said it’s the best tasting grilled fish. We’re from Arizona, but my sister in law and her husband is just 5 miles away from this sushi restaurant. We’re the one who introduced this place to them . “Amazing experience. At first I was wary when I realized the restaurant was in an older hotel next door to Disneyland but I admit I was absolutely wrong. The restaurant was good enough to be one you could find in any five star resort or Michelin guide. The service was absolutely amazing. The entire staff was welcoming and extra nice to us. The chef was from Japan and had fifty years experience as a sushi chef in Japan. The food was amazing and I can’t state that enough. It was to die for. Some of the best real sushi I’ve had in years and not Tex mex sushi. This was an emphasis on the fish. The Wagyu was some of the best I’ve had in years. Everything was amazing. I will be back.“

“A top ramen spot in Orange County located minutes from Downtown Fullerton. Go to dish is the Tonkotsu Ramen. Love the consistency of the noodles and the rich flavored broth. Service is always exceptional with a welcoming atmosphere. I drive past many ramen spots just to come here. That alone should say a lot!“

“What a perfect hole in the wall Sushi spot. I wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of Disney. Narrowed it down to Hana out of 50 sushi restaurants. How this restaurant only has a 4.5 rating is besides me. Absolutely incredible service and food. FREE MISO SOUP!!! Yes, you read that correctly. They also have ACE if you are a big eater. There is a small alcohol serving too. The location has outdoor seating, but I didn't see anyone using it. I ordered a regular Tuna roll as part of dinner, and it came with the rice on the out. It was perfectly fresh and delicious. I asked if the Chef can do Tuna Maki as off the menu, and he pulled through! I cant say enough good things. 5 Stars all the way. I hope I can return.
Tip: Parking is limited.

“Everyone this place is a hidden gem. Ordered a bento box and the portions are very large, has so many different sides, all tastes good and the price is reasonable. Food is super fresh not premade, and the pork katsu w cheese is delicious. Recommend to dine in cuz it tastes the best when it’s hot. I’ll definitely try other dishes next time!“

“Oh man where to begin! This place is a hidden gem that I was recently taken to. Ever since going my first time about a month ago, I’ve been back 5 times! The bluefin nigiri is probably the best nigiri I’ve had in Orange County (The bluefin keeps us coming back week after week). If I were to recommend anything, it would have to be the bluefin. The yellowtail and salmon nigiri are just as amazing. You can’t go wrong with anything here—the fish is incredibly fresh and flavorful, and each roll and nigiri is so unique in its own way and flavor profile. They are also incredibly generous with portion size and price! We love sitting at the bar because it makes the experience so much better!

Apart from the food, what also keeps me keeping back is the amazing hospitality and service! Whenever we walk in, we are greeted by the entire staff—the sushi chefs, hosts, and servers. The staff take great pride in ensuring that guests are taken care of, and they genuinely enjoy getting to know their guests on a personal and grounded level. A special mention to Torrance, Jay, and Robbin (The sushi chefs) who consistently put out amazing nigiri and rolls for us! “Shabu Shabu good prices with great quality meat. My kids and I loved the ribeye, beef belly, and pork belly the most. All of the meat were good but these three were the table fav. Their appetizers were amazing as well. The fried squid legs, shrimp eggrolls, the blue crab, and the potato wrapped shrimp were sooo sosososososo good. you can tell a restaurant knows what they're doing when the fried appetizers are on point. “It was tbh amazing. I've been going to different shabu place and decided to give this place a try, and I am so glad I did. The price was great for AYCE Shabu with solid meat options, fresh meat, and numerous options of broth that was flavorful. The service was also friendly and attentive. I came in Sunday evening around peak rush, but my server and even other servers were keep checking on us. I ended up leaving more tip than I anticipated on 😆. I def will re visit this place!“

“I’ve had only four dining experience at this place over 8 years, and each time it blew my mind away, and I don’t know why I didn’t go as often. The most recent experience is a little sad because they got ride of the tv that shows classic Hayao Miyazaki Animes. And the last time I went there was before covid, I think they have different cooks too, because the curry is so much thicker and I’m not a big fan of that.
But overall food quality is amazing, fried chicken is so juicy inside and crispy with nice flavor it was better than I’ve had in Japan town area in San Diego. The pork katsu skewer was so strangely good too, I’ve never had anything similar to that, it’s a bunch of pork cubes on a skewer with panko on the outside, looked like a crispy corndog, tasted amazing. Omurice was not good, I had it with curry sauce, the omelet itself was great, but the rice was dry and salty, the curry was salty as well.
I recommend their fried foods, they are really good with the fryer, but I’m going to try the beef tongue steak next time.“

“I live nearby and would like to support this Bar 100%. Staff and food quality and cleanliness are equally excellent. Have been going to this bar for more than 5YRs. Also, the location and the next-door wonderful restaurants are attractive to hang out.
This review is to suggest a few things that might attract more traffic: providing options of peanut-sauces (I loved the P. sauce from California Shabu Shabu but chose this Bar to support the business), installing the led-blinking light with a design for the interior wall and wrap around the bar. “The take-out box was convenient, if not finished in restaurant. The beef and chicken were great with the provided salad dressing, rather than the teriyaki sauce. It was placed as side as suggested by the host, especially that I was a diabetic. The water was refilled as needed, which was appreciated. I also asked for a second bowl of miso, which I enjoyed. Overall, it was great to have a meal at the Bento Box in Chino.“

“Out of every single sushi I have tried, not a single one fails to disappoint me. Their crab meat is the best and it does not get better than theirs. Such low prices for VERY high quality and savory foods. Their poki bowls are the best too. Hot warm rice mixed with fresh cold seafood goes perfect with any weather. Especially when it is so savory and refreshing. The prices are shocking for how high quality their food is. Regarding prices, this place has the best seafood out of every single seafood place I have tried in all of Orange and in general. The variety of food is good, the small place is cute, I love the decorations, they are welcoming and their lighting is pretty, it is cozy. The people are always so kind when taking your order. When there is no one, your food comes quickly, very fast for the amount of workers.“
