“I had a wonderful experience at Hello Sushi Brea and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality sushi and a comfortable dining experience.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt clean, calm, and welcoming — the kind of place where you can relax and truly enjoy your meal. The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Service throughout the meal was smooth and well-paced, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable.
The food itself was excellent. The sushi was extremely fresh, with great attention to detail in both flavor and presentation. Each piece tasted clean and well-balanced, and you could tell that quality ingredients were being used. Nothing felt rushed or overly commercial — everything was prepared with care. The menu also offers a nice variety, making it easy to find options whether you prefer classic rolls or something a bit more creative.

“Amazing experience. At first I was wary when I realized the restaurant was in an older hotel next door to Disneyland but I admit I was absolutely wrong. The restaurant was good enough to be one you could find in any five star resort or Michelin guide. The service was absolutely amazing. The entire staff was welcoming and extra nice to us. The chef was from Japan and had fifty years experience as a sushi chef in Japan. The food was amazing and I can’t state that enough. It was to die for. Some of the best real sushi I’ve had in years and not Tex mex sushi. This was an emphasis on the fish. The Wagyu was some of the best I’ve had in years. Everything was amazing. I will be back.“

If you’re looking for an authentic Japanese dining experience in Chino Hills, Kiku Sushi is it. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance transports you — the traditional banners, warm lighting, and J-pop playing in the background set the perfect mood.
The service was wonderful. Our waiters were so sweet and attentive, always checking in without being overbearing. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about the experience.
Now the food — where do I even start? Everything was absolutely incredible. The fish on the nigiri was unbelievably fresh, like caught-that-morning fresh. You could taste the quality in every single piece. The Cucumber Fantasy roll was hands-down my favorite — light, refreshing, and perfectly put together. We also had the garlic edamame, a rainbow roll, and some beautiful sashimi-topped rolls, and there wasn’t a single miss on the table. We also paired everything with a Sapporo and a Terra beer, which hit perfectly with the meal.
We left absolutely stuffed and completely satisfied. Kiku Sushi is now a go-to spot for us. “What a perfect hole in the wall Sushi spot. I wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of Disney. Narrowed it down to Hana out of 50 sushi restaurants. How this restaurant only has a 4.5 rating is besides me. Absolutely incredible service and food. FREE MISO SOUP!!! Yes, you read that correctly. They also have ACE if you are a big eater. There is a small alcohol serving too. The location has outdoor seating, but I didn't see anyone using it. I ordered a regular Tuna roll as part of dinner, and it came with the rice on the out. It was perfectly fresh and delicious. I asked if the Chef can do Tuna Maki as off the menu, and he pulled through! I cant say enough good things. 5 Stars all the way. I hope I can return.
Tip: Parking is limited.

“I live near this Japanese style food restaurant but never have tried, today I decided to have for dinner with my family, my wife had the combo #02(combos come with beverage)she got beef and with white rice and x2 piece californa roll, I got combo #01 chicken and white rice with 4 dumplings, and for my 5yr old son we got him chicken no sauce with rice with the option of a mini box size, perfect for a toddler, we all were very pleased with the food quality and taste.
The chicken is very authentic in flavor not like most fast food, highly processed chicken taste and the sauce is made their, so it's very homemade hand crafted taste which I personally love, I have fall in love with the flavor and I am excited to try more of the dishes served here.
If your are someone who eats slop, highly processed food, made to feed cancer cells you probably won't appreciate the authentic flavor of a dying food craft made with love, this is not fast good, if you appreciate food craft to a culinary degree this place is for you.

The bluefin nigiri is probably the best nigiri I’ve had in Orange County (The bluefin keeps us coming back week after week). If I were to recommend anything, it would have to be the bluefin. The yellowtail and salmon nigiri are just as amazing. You can’t go wrong with anything here—the fish is incredibly fresh and flavorful, and each roll and nigiri is so unique in its own way and flavor profile.
