The quality for being ayce is pretty darn good. All the rolls are tasty and there is a really good variety. The reason I decided to write a review though? Ruben. We have had him as a server a few times now and he is one of the best servers my husband and I have had. Hands down the best sushi spot in Brea! The first thing you notice is how incredibly fresh the fish is it literally melts in your mouth and tastes absolutely amazing on every bite of nigiri sushi. The sushi rolls were absolutely divine and I say that as someone who usually considers In-N-Out the pinnacle of culinary achievement.
