“The quality for being ayce is pretty darn good. All the rolls are tasty and there is a really good variety. The reason I decided to write a review though? Ruben. We have had him as a server a few times now and he is one of the best servers my husband and I have had. Even while cooking all the hot plates for a large family that came in today due to a BOH chef running a little late he was still making sure to check on us and the other table across the restaurant at times literally running to tend to all of us. He's truly a grade a server and seems so genuine. Thanks Ruben!“

“The food was bomb! The fish was so fresh! And they only use blue fin tuna! It melted in my mouth! I absolutely loved it! The spot is cute! The service was great! They are so attentive! I highly recommend coming with a big appetite because there is a lot on the menu that you have to get! The fatty tuna was sooo good! And i was also impressed by their ramen! It was rich and smooth!“

“This was such an incredible experience, my group sat at the sushi bar and this was all our first times having Omakase. We couldn’t have asked for a better and more delicious experience. The couple that owns this restaurant is so sweet and absolutely incredible with customer service. We felt like we had been coming here for years, and ordered more food at the end of our 12 piece meal bc it was all so delicious and we couldn’t get enough. I think we each got 3 more pieces. I can’t wait to return. This made my husband’s birthday, so very special. Thank you again for such a night to remember. One of the best meals I’ve ever had!!“

“The thickest and girthiest sushi rolls I've ever had and it was fantastic.
The staff and service was incredible! Big shout out to Crystal** our server and John the owner for making us feel extremely welcomed and very well fed.

My personal fave was the I LOVE JASMINE roll named after the owner's wife and the Daniel San roll named after the owner's son!

It's a family of great taste forsure!

Also loved how amazing the ambiance was, a GIANT screen to watch the game, plenty of fun decorations that made the space feel fun and alive!

“We have been to this wonderful place several times and every time we come it is great! It can get very busy because it is great and because it is small. They have used their space strategically to get as many tables as possible. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Tonight our server was Tang (not sure of the correct spelling) and he was exceptional!! Fantastic energy, super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! They have a separate vegan menu which is really awesome! Now the food…absolutely delicious and quite filling! We always leave with leftovers for the next day. Today we got (all vegan) Veggie Tempura Plate, Vegan Crispy Rice, Caterpillar roll, and CA Crunch roll. Our server also brought us the Salmon roll. All were SO good! We were also given a scoop of green tea ice cream which was also really tasty! This is a fabulous restaurant that we will continue to frequent and highly recommend!“

“This is a hidden gem, let me tell you. I almost turned around because of the unpleasant environment outside, but once you pass that door, you’re transported into a completely different world.

The food was not only fresh but also incredibly delicious. I highly recommend this place. I suggest asking the chef to surprise you with a dish; he knows what’s best. I’ll definitely be coming back when I fly into town.“

“I HIGHLY recommend this sushi spot. Amazing food and outstanding service. The atmosphere is so welcoming and great music. If you go I recommend getting spicy garlic edamame, albacore with crispy onion, mango ceviche, aloha roll and spicy seafood ramen. If you do not eat sushi they have many great options such as Beef, Chicken, Tempura Udon, Teppanyaki, Yaki Udon and Yakisoba. You will not be disappointed!“

“Came here based on recommendations from our friends and it did not disappoint. We ordered the sushi boat for 2 which came with thick cuts of sashimi, deep fried soft shelled crab, shrimp and veggie tempura, fried chicken, and teriyaki (we got the beef and chicken mix). There was so much food it was probably enough to serve 4 people!

They offer miso soup and edamame for the table when you get seated. The restaurant itself is pretty small but we came for a late dinner on Fri and was seated immediately. Sashimi is very fresh and portions were generous. Our friends really recommend the chirashi bowl so that’s what we’re gonna get next time we’re back. What a hidden gem of a restaurant! :)“

Be mindful of their schedule for lunch as they open for only three hours from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm.“

“Sushi Mura has the best ramen in Buena Park. This was my first time here. I've been to most ramen places in Buena Park, and didn't realize Sushi Mura is a hidden gem Sushi and ramen place near me.

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The menu had more options than I'll ever be able try. I had the special sake and appetiser deal for $30 and was not disappointed.

Sushi Mura has the best Spicy Tonkatsu in Buena Park, hands down. I'm a little picky and asked for not sprouts or mushrooms, and was not disappointed.“

“My 1st time at Wazabi, despite living in Orange for 25 years. Holy cow, was the food delicious and service friendly and prompt. We were a party of 5 and waited less than 10 minutes. I didn't catch our server's name, but she was wonderful. My son & I ordered the chicken katsu combos & the chicken was so crispy, moist and tasty. As a group, we also ordered specialty rolls and salads. We will most definitely return.“

“Sooo delicious. We ordered the soft shell crab appetizer and it had such a delicate fried flavor. It hit the spot. It paired perfectly with the citrusy dressing in the side salad. We ordered the jalapeño bomb and Jessica roll. They're both shrimp tempura rolls but where the jalapeño bomb was creamy and spicy the Jessica roll tasted bright and fresh. We left full and very satisfied.“

“Everything is good. Their sushi is superb and the hamachi kama is soooo delicious, we ordered another one because my brother in law Jim devoured it. He don’t really eat fish, but when he tasted the hamachi kama , he said it’s the best tasting grilled fish. We’re from Arizona, but my sister in law and her husband is just 5 miles away from this sushi restaurant. We’re the one who introduced this place to them . “Everything is absolutely excellent ! The quality of the food, the service, and the lovely lady at the counter who took the time to advise us and help us choose. The last time I had sushi this good was at Tsunami in Tampa, Florida!

My sister and I loved it so much that we came back three times in the same week. We absolutely had to check whether it was really that good or whether the first time had just been a lucky day.. And yeah, it was just THAT good and perfect every single time! 😂

I wish theyi had several locations across the United States so I could eat there wherever I travel. “My girlfriend and I came here on a Friday night around 9PM for some sushi and let me tell you this place doesn't disappoint. We came around 8:30PM there was a reservation slot for 9PM but we didn't want to wait so we decided to take the chance and go in. We didn't have to wait. We started with some poke nacho, they were good, but not the star of the show. We also ordered some sashimi and the cuts were thick and taste delicious 😋. However, these were still not the star of the show. The true star was their black cod sushi(black dish). I had my doubts at first when my gf ordered it but when it came out and I had one of the 2pcs serving and my tastebud exploded. So we ended up ordering 2 more orders. Ponzu is great place for a nice date night I approved👍. Services was fast and very attentive. I enjoy the fresh wasabi that they serve with their sashimi and when I asked for more they brought out way more than what's originally was served, this place doesn't skim.“
