Came for dinner and had the sashimi special! It was so fresh and had a cool presentation to it. The ambiance is very minimal and peaceful and staff was helpful with recommendations. The rolls being BOGO 1/2 off was a nice touch too. I would definitely come back.
Had a great experience at Usuki Japanese Cuisine! I ordered the Giant Roll, and it was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and a very generous portion. The service was just as impressive; everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure I was well taken care of.

USUKI JAPANESE CUISINE is described as one of the best sushi restaurants in OC, with insanely good quality and thick cuts. The service is amazing, with staff who are super attentive, nice, and helpful with recommendations. The restaurant has many seatings, and the ambiance is minimal, peaceful, bright, and clean.
The sushi quality is phenomenal, and the bento boxes are great. The miso soup is not too salty and comes out hot. The sushi is fantastic, and the beautiful nigiri presentation is done by the owner himself, who is very kind and attentive and goes to check that you're happy with your order. The sashimi special is so fresh and has a cool presentation. The rolls being BOGO 1/2 off is a nice touch. The White Fish Set is definitely worth the price, with a nice variety of fresh, high-quality fish, and the Sashimi Roll is fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The Sushi Combination is incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with every bite delicate and delicious. The uni (sea urchin) is a highlight—super fresh, rich, creamy, and buttery. Overall, great quality sushi and good value for the price, and a wonderful dining experience.
