“This has become our go-to sushi place! All of the servers are super nice, attentive, accurate, and helpful. Each time we go, the fish tastes fresh, and the variety of different menu items has us trying new things each visit. My favorite roll is the Sour Patch, and my hubby gets the Butterfly, which is a sashimi platter with yummy toppings & sauce. The garlic edamame always tastes great and the edamame is snappy - never soggy. The best dessert is the tempura fried banana with ice cream. YUMMY!!! We highly recommend Ginza!“
“Great atmosphere at this izakaya. The food was great and delicious, beef udon bowl is a personal favorite because it is simple and easy on the stomach. The yakitori skewers were delicious and a perfect compliment to the udon. The meatball and chicken leg skewers in particular.“

The flavors can be amped up just a little bit as by the time you are almost done with the sandwich it gets a little too bland. Next time I l will order a bit more spicy flavored sandwich. We had mostly nigiri. Very small portions of rice. Also had very good salmon skin rolls. Their rice runs to the dry side so the nori stays crisp. Generous portions of very crisp salmon skin. Wife said that restroom was okay. Price for AYCE is reasonable. They were offering a Happy Hour special at 12-3pm for rolls at about $20 per person. A real steal!“

“A bona fide hole in the wall restaurant. It is pretty hard to come across but the inside is so cute. I went on a weekend and it was empty, so the service was pretty fast, though the service hours are a little short. I had the tonkotsu ramen and was impressed with the serving size. This is the first place I've had ramen that doesn't give you a single paper thin slice of pork belly for protein. It tasted pretty good and they were generous with toppings. My girlfriend had the sashimi rice bowl and she said it was pretty tasty as well. Definitely a great find for the prices they offer.“

(I know this restaurant is not a problem. If the problem is solved, it is a place with good staff service when looking at the restaurant.)“
“This is my favorite shabu place in OC. It's a little out of the way for me, but I am willing to make the trip. The flavor of the broth is on point, the presentation of the proteins and veggies is nice, and the appetizers...the apps! Such a good selection where other shabu places fall short. “Cannot speak to the actual location as I ordered Ubereats, but the food was nice and tasty and well portioned.I ordered three rolls and I was pleasantly surprised to see a small green salad included with the order. My only wish was that the rolls included some kind of cucumber as a crunchy element. Two of my rolls were California and spicy tuna inside so I thought there would be cucumber but it was pure crab and tuna. Will definitely eat here again!“

We sat at the bar to watch the cooks prepare the ramen.Gyoza was also perfect, the sauce was also quite excellent. Really enjoyed the variety of the music being played as well.“
