“My wife and I have come here a couple times the last few weeks for both dine in and takeout.
The fish is fresh, the hand rolls are delicious, prices are reasonable, and service is pretty quick (as long as every seat doesn’t fill at the exact same time, but even that is manageable).
Highly recommended. In particular, we love the kanpachi, sea bream, and blue crab.“

“Amazing Menu. The food melts in your mouth. Every bite I took was WOW! I had the Peruvian Ceviche, Parmesan scallops, tiger scallops and the Bluefin Tuna antiucho was so good I order 2 more orders of it. YUM. As a Peruvian a myself I totally recommend Akashiro. “I have been coming here almost 20 years now! This was a part of my childhood in Fullerton. Have since moved out of state but it really brings me so much joy to be able to come back. Still get the #5 half and half with sauce to the side! Absolute gem of a place“

“A top ramen spot in Orange County located minutes from Downtown Fullerton. Go to dish is the Tonkotsu Ramen. Love the consistency of the noodles and the rich flavored broth. Service is always exceptional with a welcoming atmosphere. I drive past many ramen spots just to come here. That alone should say a lot!“

“I can't recommend this Ramen spot enough. Everything is so fresh and delicious. The service is very friendly and fast. They can get busy at times and you'll experience a short wait if it's only 2 people, if you're going to have a larger party, I highly recommend making reservations as this is a small restaurant.“

“I usually love tonkatsu, but this place is on another level. We ordered the 88 Tonkatsu, Swai Fish Katsu, and Cold Bibim Noodles, and honestly, just wow. Everything was delicious!
The katsu was incredibly tender and practically melted in my mouth. I also highly recommend trying the katsu with the salt and wasabi they give you on the plate. It’s completely different from eating it with the usual tonkatsu sauce, but in the best way. The salt and wasabi really bring out the flavor of the meat, and I ended up enjoying it way more than I expected.
The portions were also really generous, especially for such a reasonable price.
A special shoutout to the manager, Chris! He greeted us warmly, recommended different items, and was super friendly and professional throughout our visit. He definitely made our experience even better.

“Delicious 😋 Best chicken bowl I've ever had!! The sauces they have are perfection and the salad surprised me!! They have milk tea bobas and freshly squeezed lemonade its a great place to grab for lunch or dinner and the staff is awesome very kind and helpful 😊“
