We had a complete DoorDash disaster yesterday, where they never forwarded our order to the restaurant and then the driver grabbed a random order that had been sitting there for awhile and delivered to us.
We drove to Ginza and returned the food (it wasn’t at all what we ordered or like). They were just closing at this point, and were incredibly apologetic, but wasn’t much they could do as everything was already put away.

Ginza Sushi is a bright, clean modern place in a strip mall with lots of parking available. This nice small sushi restaurant is in a large shopping plaza so parking can get a little full. Great, friendly and helpful service. The restaurant has happy hour 7 days a week. The baked salmon roll and a chicken bento box were absolutely delicious. The salmon skin handrolls were very good. The salmon nigiri was very good. The hamachi was not great, but not bad. The collar had good flavor. The shrimp tempura looked okay. The egg rolls were crisp. The beef is amazing. The Gioza is also recommended. As soon as customers enter they are immediately greeted. Everything that was recommended was delicious. This will be a go-to place for sushi now. It is a favorite sushi spot because none seem to match the quality of Ginza. Overall a great experience.
