“If I could give this guy 10 stars on service, I would totally do it. Absolutely made my night. The food is very good, but the service is even better.

I love ramen and I love sushi, and both are very good here. My girlfriend and I come here sometimes, and it's always been a great experience, but especially tonight. It's how clean it is.

Especially tonight, there was a tall Asian guy that was just so joyful. He had glasses on, and it just really made our night.“

“Food is amazing. Pork Katsu comes with 5-6 pork slices that are extremely juicy and tender. Rice on the bottom with salad. Amazing side dishes like pickled radish and cucumbers served with creamy soup.

Service is incredible. Very attentive waiter. Fast with drinks and extremely speedy with service. I ask for napkins or more water; I close my eyes for one second and it's literally all there! Kim Tae (Ted) is amazing! Great work ethic displayed and attentiveness.

“I had the sake salmon and egg sando.
The sando was good. Moist egg filling and well toasted bread. The sake salmon...goodness gracious. It was delicious! I want to try more items on the menu, but I may have a hard time not ordering the salmon again. I highly recommend Neighborhood Bento.

“Local guide coming in hot ya'll sit back and relax at the best Gyukatsu restaurant in all of Orange County (both north and south county). I couldn't be more pleased with a full stomach and memories to last a lifetime. My wife and I frequent Japan where we enjoy some of the best gyukatsu in the entire world. With that being said, this particular restaurant, located in the beautiful Buena Park, CA is a close second place runner up. Haven't really tried any other similar restaurants stateside but if I did I'd bet it wouldn't come close to the culinary masterpiece this place lays down on the regular. Do yourself a favor and come and eat here and make sure to order the premium beef katsu with a side of fluffy whipped cream lookin delicious don noodles. Mic drop local guide out.“

“I tried 3, the spicy eel, butter garlic crab and spicy tuna. The crab was a little disappointing, I dont know why I was expecting real crab but I obvious went in not doing a lot of research. Imitation crab, not favorite, didnt think it was worth the $. The spicy tuna was the best one! Its actually spicy, I would come back for it. This is also the first time I've been here since theres never any parking. Small lot, its probably my least favorite thing about the place. Other than that, not bad!“

“Love their hot and spicy pork dish. Plenty of food for 1 person. Seasoning well on the pork portion. They make their own salad dressing which makes it taste refreshing. I ordered both the combo and the plate dish. Very satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommend this restaurant. Excellent deal!“

First let me say I'm not a big katsu fan, but my Godson picked out this place to eat. I think I've been converted. I don't think I've really had good authentic katsu before. The chicken lady was light, tender combined with the grounded sesame sauce? It is something you need to try if you have yet to do so. The katsu meal itself ($17.95) with the combo (+$7 which includes either kimchi udon, or soba, Tuna roll) iis big on it's own. Also, the shaved cabbage salad is a great compliment to the meal. I'll be back with the family to check out the other offerings here.

One downside, the space is tight, so strollers and wheelchairs won't be a comfy fit. However, there were littles here around 7 pm for dinner.

All in all, is highly recommend Yoko Donkatsu.“

lately I've been coming to this spot for quite some time. And for the past 2 times I've come I've been noticing a reduction of meat and more rice. Either the owner of this place is taking advantage of these such good reviews and adding more rice than meat or it's under new management but I've been unsatisfied with my amount of portions now. “Stopped in for dinner last week. There is plenty of parking available. The restaurant itself is small but charming.

We started off with s strawberry matcha and a mango slushy boba. Both were cool and refreshing.

We got a crunch roll and it was massive. This easily could have been a meal. It was so good and delicious.

Next up was the stir fry noodles with chicken and beef teriyaki. This was a heavy portion of food. I mixed it all up and it was so tasty and satisfying. A very filling meal just by itself.

Last, but not least, was the bento box. Another large portion of food. You get rice, chicken teriyaki, beef teriyaki, shrimp, salad, gyoza, shrimp tempura and a four piece California roll. So good and very filling.

Large portions and friendly service will make this your go-to teriyaki house!“

“We did the all you can eat menu. Turned out to almost exactly $50 a person for a group of 7. Always great quality fish and the fish to rice ratio for the nigiri is perfect you don’t just fill up on rice.

Second time eating here and both times were good fun and nice food. Will definitely be back when in town again.“
