Beef Gyukatsu (5/5) - The quality of meat was amazing along with the minimal effort required to cook it. It's a fun dish because it came along with rice & salad; however keep in the mind the portion is quite small. Therefore, we also ordered the: Kimchi Udon (5/5): Not super spicy, I would say a solid between mild to medium spice. It was well balanced.
[4.5/5] Nice Japanese-Korean fusion restaurant. Got a mazemen which surprised me. They gave lots of bonito flakes which gave it a nice fish seafood flavor. There is also a nice layer of minced beef, seaweed, green onion w/ a slight spicy kick topped w a raw egg on top. You mix it all up and eat away. The udon noodles had the perfect bouncy texture I was looking for and was cooked to perfection. They nailed it. Finally made it here!! My husband and I went here for date night recently and we ordered the two kinds of meat, the creamy udon, and the cheese tonkatsu. We happen to come on a Friday night a little after they open and luckily it wasn't busy just yet. The service was really fast and the quality of the meat was amazing!
