All the meats are so fresh, I love beef tongue the most. As some comments suggested, don't cook too long so I cooked majority of those as medium rare, which tastes really good. Service is also good, they always gave big smile. Not like some other bbq restaurants, there is no smoke, it's like high level Japanese bbq restaurants. For sure I'll come back!
