Absolutely loved the feeling and ambiance walking into ranch enchilada, it reminds me of how restaurants used to feel when I was a kid (warm, decorated, traditional). The host and servers always had a smile on their face, one thing I absolutely loved. They've got a spacious menu, and it was hard to choose but I went with el brasero and some cheese enchiladas.
