We were seated immediately the service was outstanding. The menu was huge and portion sizes here big as well. This is your typical mexican restaurant. Nothing was really outstanding but I will give them 5 stars anyway.

Wanted to Love this spot but I only enjoyed the beans. Rice was perfectly cooked but lacked flavor. Chili Verde had flavor but not the right chili verde flavors. Chimichanga had a strange taste that I couldn't get past... maybe the oil or the grill???? Tasted three salsa's and did a little mixing but nothing special. Restraunt is impressively decorated. Staff were great. May go back to try Enchiladas.

Stopped by here after a Doctor's appointment. A good old school chile Colorado burrito is hard to find, and the one here is great. Lots of big chunks of beef and ample Colorado sauce.

This place is authentic with a clean ambiance. The chips are home made as is the mole. The mole had the right combination of chocolate and cinnamon. Honestly, it was the best home made mole I have had in a restaurant. The food is delicious and not too salty so you can have taste the food. I would recommend and come again.

I want to start off by saying our server was awesome and the place is clean. I've driven by a couple of times and it's always busy so I thought it must be good Mexican food. I was excited to finally try it, and I REALLY wanted to like this place, but we were very disappointed. This is far from authentic Mexican food. The rice was dry, no flavor, and let me just say it's hard to mess up rice if you know what you are doing. The enchiladas suizas green sauce would have been better if it was a can of las palmas. The sauce had a weird flavor, not sure what it was, but it was not enchilada sauce! I'm Mexican I would know. We also ordered tacos they were just ok, didn't eat them. The beans were very good I will say that. I don't like posting negative reviews but on this one I had too. Unfortunately we won't be returning. I hate to say this but, I don't recommend this place if you know & like Mexican food. I'm sorry for the bad review, just being honest.

Four of us came for Dinner and all four of us we're sick with Diarrhea beginning in the middle of the night, that tells me they use an abundant amount of "MSG" to the food.

We really enjoy Ranch Enchilada. The food is consistently good. The service is friendly and attentive. And the restaurant has a nice casual feel. It's always a regular for us either dine-in, pick up, or delivery. Good stuff!
