“We enjoy coming to this restaurant whenever we are in the mood for dumplings. The food is good quality and is made fresh and quick. The chow mein dishes are very flavorful and the noodles have a good amount of chew. My favorite dumplings are the pan fried chicken dumplings. The meat is juicy and well seasoned.
The service is quick and efficient, but during peak dinner hours it sometimes can get pretty busy.“

“This specific location is one of my favorites! Service is friendly and quick, food is always fresh and absolutely delicious, and the establishment is always clean with plenty of seating. The parking lot is kind of small but I've never had trouble finding a spot. The best part about this place is that they are very generous about filling up your plate. Great spot for a quick, convenient lunch!“

“This was actually my first time finding out that Haidilao has an all-you-can-eat option! We tried the $32.99 per person package, and the beef and lamb were both right up my alley—nicely marbled, with slices that were just the right thickness. Even though it’s a buffet, the portions definitely didn’t feel skimpy. I’m also a big fan of quail eggs and egg dumplings when I have hot pot, so with those added in, I was already more than satisfied.
It’s also a pretty stress-free option when dining with kids. The service was, as always, thoughtful and attentive. They prepared a kids’ meal, a magic wand, and a little balloon for my daughter . When I handed my phone to my kid to watch something, the server even brought over a phone stand without me asking.“

“Happy Valley Village is a gem in Hacienda Heights! The iron-stew pot dishes are packed with authentic flavors that remind me of my grandma's cooking. I had the spicy beef, and it was so delicious that I couldn’t stop eating. The service was friendly, and the ambiance felt cozy and welcoming. 非常好吃! I can't recommend this place enough—definitely worth a visit!“

“This place has everything you're looking for it's extremely hospitable, the owners of the ones making and serving the food and their heart and their incredible generosity come through in their food and their service. “This place doesn’t take reservations, and the line is always long! I waited almost two hours on a Saturday evening for a party of four. It was VERY loud inside - turns out they had an entertainer named Adam who would sing Chinese and English songs. You could pay $20 for a song request.
You order everything on the tablet. There is a call button on each table to get service. The skewers are good but tiny portions. What’s really good here is the chicken wing! I also really like their malatang and golden soup. The meat in the soups is fatty though.
Credit card accepted. Plenty of parking. Bathroom in the back.“

“Absolutely obsessed with this restaurant! It’s my go-to whenever I’m in the Walnut area and need a guaranteed delicious meal. Let’s talk about the Hainanese chicken - it’s a revelation. The texture is unbelievably tender and smooth, not a bit rubbery. You can tell it’s made with care. The chicken skin has a lovely, subtle gelatinous quality, and when you pair it with the fragrant rice and the incredible house-made chili and ginger scallion sauces… it’s just perfection. Don’t sleep on their other dishes, either. The potato noodles come in a massive, steaming clay pot with a soup base that’s both spicy and deeply flavorful. The fried buns are golden, crispy little clouds of goodness. The atmosphere is super casual and welcoming, and the staff are always friendly. Honestly, for the quality and portion size, the price is a steal. This is a true neighborhood treasure, and I can’t recommend it highly enough!“

“Great little spot! It’s a bit on the cozy side, so expect a 15–20 minute wait during peak times, but it’s completely worth it. Everything we ordered was fantastic—the scallion oil noodles were super flavorful, the pan-fried dumplings had that perfect crispy bottom, and the fried cutlet was extra crispy and delicious with the dipping sauce. Plus, having free parking right outside makes coming here super easy. Will definitely be back!“

“Had the best food at Smoke Queen Barbecue: the tri tip, chicken, sausage, ribs, and delicious sides were all fall off the bone fantastic. Try the sesame slaw with spicy cucumbers, macaroni and cheese and fries. We loved the banana pudding, bread pudding, beers on tap, all with a great smile and playground to enjoy with our family. If you haven’t tried Smoke Queen Barbecue, you are missing out. So scrumptious!“

“This is my 2nd time here. The Peking Duck is the best I’ve ever had recently. The skin is so crispy, the meat is tender and there is no fat at all. Other dishes were equally as delicious. Baby bok choy was so green, the scallion pancakes were pan-fried, … just look at my photos and you will see for yourself. I highly recommend this restaurant for a wonderful dining experience. Be sure to order the Peking Duck ahead of time. Service was also very good. My husband & I plan to return frequently.“

“This is one of the best restaurants I ever experienced in LA. Though it is not big the food tastes really great. I really like the red bean sticky rice fried cake it reminds me of the ones I took in Beijing. The savory tofu pudding is strongly recommended. The steamed dumplings and Wonton are amazing. “Mian is a great spot if you love Chinese noodles. They offer a wide variety of noodle dishes from different regions of China, so you can really taste several styles in one place. It feels unique, modern, and the restaurant stays open late, which is probably why so many young people come here.
If you’re a noodle lover, this is definitely a fun and unique place to try. The prices are affordable, and the overall quality is solid. If you live in the Rowland Heights area, it’s worth stopping by at least once to check it out.“

“I cannot stress enough that this is the best spot in all of Socal for handmade dumplings and noodles -- the flavor, the texture, the chew are all unreal. Only recently discovered Luyu but will forever be coming back to this hidden gem. I always order their classic beef noodle soup which is such a light, flavorful broth with these thick, knife-cut noodles. Other honorable mentions are the shrimp, pork, leek dumplings and scallion pancake. You can tell that everything is hand made -- I even enjoy watching the chefs at work through the side door! Don't let the run-down environment or rushed service get you because Luyu is seriously the best.“

We ordered stew lamb, grilled lamb, Mongolian home made pie. They are so delicious!!! Not to mention the price, the quality with this quantity makes Mongolian Home Made Pie such a great choice!

“I was in charge of ordering Chinese food for a big crowd for my aunt's birthday party, and since KBP Asian Bistro was close by, I gave it a shot. Honest review: seeing how quiet the restaurant was at first made me second-guess my choice, but I'm so glad I stuck with it! Everyone at the party devoured the food. It was amazingly fresh and flavorful, and the orange chicken was easily my favorite. We had zero leftovers, which speaks for itself. “It was our first time here. Wanted to try somewhere different. It’s more affordable than the places back in Garden Grove. When we first got sat, we were very confused on what to do. Tan came over and helped us out a lot. I observed other workers just pacing around but Tan was the only one hustling from table to table to assist. Food was great. Grill size is a bit limited which was my only complaint. But definitely recommend coming here“

“I'm always looking for a good place to get a 2-item combo and I think I've found my go-to. I've got a couple others closer to home, but this is worth the couple extra minute drive as the orange chicken and general tso's were both very good. The orange chicken was crispy, had a good orange flavor, and wasn't overly sweet or covered in a sticky sauce, just good flavors and a nice crispy skin. The general tso's delivered just a hint of heat and other good flavors. The chow mein is pretty standard fare. But the portions were great for both the 1 item and 2 item combos I got and I'll be back.“

“When we pulled up, the parking lot was completely packed, which we took as a great sign for the food! Luckily, we found a spot nearby. Since there were only two of us, we got seated right away, but bigger groups definitely had a bit of a wait.
The black bean noodles (jjajangmyeon) were incredible, the noodles were so chewy and had the perfect texture. The sweet and sour pork was really good, too. Honestly, I’m just thrilled I don’t have to drive all the way to Koreantown for great Korean-Chinese food anymore! So happy to find a spot close by that completely hits the spot.“

“This is my favorite spot to go to! The food is spectacular and the staff is always helpful and efficient! It gets pretty busy so we usually make a reservation to avoid waiting too long. There are 2 areas for dining and a bar area. The food is consistently good every time and they keep checking on drinks for refills. The hot tea is always good too. My favorites are the won ton soup, egg fried rice and the sweet and sour chicken. It gets a little loud sometimes because it gets really busy but it's not too hard to hear each other talk“

The food was flavorful and rich. The atmosphere was inviting and warm. The service was amazing and we felt welcomed. This is no where near where I live but I guarantee I will be back. “Yu Ji Stone Mill Chinese Crepes was a complete surprise street food cart in Rowland Heights. This $10 treat can be shared between two people. It’s a Taiwanese breakfast crepe-style omelet using mung bean and three eggs with crunchy layers of fried chips and a sausage taste great 👍🏻 highly recommend you try at least once. It’s best to enjoy within 10 minutes for max taste and texture so we took ours to the food court across the street.“

“My family has been eating at this restaurant for over 2 years, we love this restaurant. We joke with each other, that our taste buds have been spoiled by Qin Cuisine, and that we can no longer visit fast food style restaurants of this same type. This restaurant is a sit down restaurant with great service and wonderful food. This is a special treat for us, when ever we feel that we deserve a good meal. “This is by far my favorite place to go! They are always stocked with delicious food with lots of options, and will let you know how long of a wait it will be to refill an out of stock item. “I enjoyed the chicken chow mein, delicious bbq ribs, rice ok, soup egg drop ok, vegetable egg roll wish I can have with pork or chicken, fried noodles delicious. I plan to go back again. The fried shrimp I couldn't eat, didn't look like shrimp, a pounded flat breaded version, the pork sweet and soùr were dry, very crunchy and over cooked. I didn't eat it either. I'd give Tans a 7/10.
