Made a reservation and had seating 30 mins early. Could barely hear the staff over the peppy music choice but the establishment was also at peak hours. Service was great, checked in constantly and were patient when speaking over the music, making sure we heard what was said. The food was better seasoned this time, previously when we went the seasoning was harsher but this time it's perfect. This is THE Ramen restaurant for my son and me. When friends want Ramen, this is where I tell them to go. The noodles are a superb texture. My son liked the original gyu-tonkotsu. I tried the chashu tsukemen and that is now my favorite. The broth was so scrumptious that I wanted to dip myself in it. The son finished the meal with a melon soda float. We were stuffed!!! Can't wait to go back for more.
