Solid. Kind of small portions and I found my tonkotsu to be pretty salty without the vinegar.
the noodles are always have the perfect chewiness and thickness. the toppings and sause is slightly spicy and truly delicious. i personally like wadaya more than the place near 99 ranch. the staff is also super nice. highly recommended checking this place out.
Had it Doordashed for the first time - the miso ramen was incredible with a rich broth that I could have drank gallons of.
