THE BEST RAMEN EVER! I normally go to the Irvine location on Michelson, so I was SO excited when I saw there is new Hiro nori closer to me in Tustin! Hiro Nori ride or die here and this place NEVER disappoints. I've been to multiple different Hiro Nori locations over the years and the ramen is consistently amazing at all of them. Super cute place and the food is awesome! Decor has an authentic ambiance with natural materials, while maintaining a modern design - reflective of a small Japanese noodle place. Service is super responsive. Definitely will be back
Incredible Ramen! I grabbed the tonkotsu Ramen with extra chashu and black garlic oil. The broth was savory, the noodles were cooked perfectly, and the pork chashu was the shining star of the show. Definitely order the extra chashu on the side. It's tender, juicy and super flavorful. The service was outstanding. The waitresses were very attentive and friendly.
