My favorite pick-me-up on days when I don’t want to cook. Some of the best ramen I’ve had I. My life, and best ramen in OC, certainly! Staff are friendly. Not nearly as long of a wait as other locations and plenty of outdoor seating. I appreciate that they add the service fee into the bill for dine-in to save you the hassle of guessing tip amounts. They seem to have very solid employee benefits, too. I love their pork sliders and tonkotsu ramen!
Food was amazing and service was amazing too. Every dish was complex and amazing. Thomas was amazing at this location. He served us with such politeness and attentiveness. Give the man a raise! 😂

Located in Irvine, this small spot is on many people’s food bucket list, with a waitlist that proves its popularity. The restaurant is small but the service is fast and efficient. The food is delicious, with the Shoyu Ramen and Tonkotsu Ramen mentioned. The pork belly has good texture and taste. The Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna is a nice appetizer, adding a nice crunch. The broth is flavorful but lighter than expected. Guests can sub in pork, chicken, or tofu on the ramen. The garlic is fresh, so it's hot. The hot is hot, but not melt-your-face hot. The Azuki matcha and yuzu lemonade are refreshing, and the vegan ramen is pretty good. The staff is accommodating, allowing checks to be split by item. The restaurant is more chill and relaxing than other locations, with attentive service from start to finish. Prices are reasonable. Guests can get flavoring sauces on the side. Overall, it is a great experience and a place to return to for delicious, comforting ramen.
