We saw this new place and went to give it a try today because it has so many good reviews. We ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen and the meat bun. But unfortunately we found the taste only meh. The portions were also smaller than Ramen Mura which next to it. After the meal, we were surprised they tagged on a 16% service charge and they also do not accept cash. I personally would prefer they let the customer decide on the tip based on the service they experienced. Not sure if I would return again but it may be a decent backup option if the other ramen place gets busy.

So excited they are close to my mom's house. We used to make the drive to Irvine but now we do not need to get on a freeway. Same everything. Easier to get in. So happy!

Food was incredibly delicious. One of the best ramen broths I've had. Staff was also very friendly.

THE BEST RAMEN EVER! I normally go to the Irvine location on Michelson, so I was SO excited when I saw there is new Hiro nori closer to me in Tustin! Hiro Nori ride or die here and this place NEVER disappoints. I've been to multiple different Hiro Nori locations over the years and the ramen is consistently amazing at all of them. Service is always quick and employees are always friendly. I think the Tustin location is my favorite, decor/design wise. They did a great job, it's such a vibe inside! Every single item here is absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. I've tried every single menu item and equally enjoy them all. If you go here and the wait is long, WAIT! I promise you it will be worth it.

Super cute place and the food is awesome! Decor has an authentic ambiance with natural materials, while maintaining a modern design - reflective of a small Japanese noodle place. Service is super responsive. Definitely will be back

Incredible Ramen! I grabbed the tonkotsu Ramen with extra chashu and black garlic oil. The broth was savory, the noodles were cooked perfectly, and the pork chashu was the shining star of the show. Definitely order the extra chashu on the side. It's tender, juicy and super flavorful. The service was outstanding. The waitresses were very attentive and friendly. The restaurant was on the smaller side but the ambiance was nice and cozy. Highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner on an evening out with your significant other!

Excellent excellent Ramen! Usually I go to the Hiro Nori in Irvine, but this location is close to my work. The service was great. I really liked the fact there was seating and this location was less busy. There is no drop off in service and food quality. No complaints. Definitely my new Ramen spot.

We went to the Irvine location many years ago and were going to be in the area for an event so we sniffed in. Boy am I glad we did. CHICKEN KARAAGE: -- I have eaten likely 25 different chicken karage and I have NEVER had one better than this...it is too legit to quit -- tender, delicate, soft, you could easily cut through it with a butter knife without even trying -- light delicious fried coating with light crispy texture -- the meat is next level delicious -- tangy vinegary sesame sauce (we believe) -- I could not stop eating this -- cooked to absolute perfection! RATING = A+++ TONKOTSU MISO RAMEN w/BLACK GARLIC OIL and PORK BELLY: -- it had egg, noods, greens -- the broth is smooth, creamy, delectable -- absolutely delicious -- served perfectly hot (not too hot nor too cool) RATING = A+ ICED YUZU beverage: -- refreshing and tasty lemony flavor -- with GERD I paced myself on consuming this and brought some home but oh so good... RATING = A

First time trying HiroNori Craft Ramen and I must say it's probably the best ramen I've ever had. I tried the shoyu ramen and added shrimp into the mix, just to try, and it was delicious. The egg melts in your mouth, the pork had a perfect sear and was also quite tasty. The broth seemed to coat the noodles but made for quite the amazing bowl of goodness. I would definitely recommend HiroNori Craft Ramen to anyone seeking some good Japanese comfort food.

Staff automatically charges 16.1625% for service. Tip is 16.1625% for 3 people? I can not believe. Bad staffs. More over, food is not good because of no taste. Say goodbye forever. Just the fisrt time like the last time

I usually get the veggie ramen here. It is always very consistent. Service is always good.

The food was ok and service too but the only thing we didn't like is the fact that they automatically add a 16 % gratuity . Would we come back ? NO!

I love HiroNori, and am so happy that this location opened up since the Irvine one off of Michelson can get busy very fast. The ramen here is exceptional--both the shoyu and tonkotsu broths are some of my favorite in the area, and the pork is always very tender and well-seasoned. I also love the noodles here and how they are not too thick. The space is fairly small and intimate, but like I said in comparison to the Irvine location it is much easier to get a table here.

Cold rainy weather in Tustin, dinner time - that means it's ramen weather right? Yup! We hit up this location, as it had the lowest wait time. When we got there, we waited about 10-15 minutes before we were seated. We already knew the menu from the other locations and so we were able to order as soon as we sat. I went with the Ton Katsu ramen (minus the green onions). My nephew got the same and an order of the pork belly bao. The broth was nice and rich, perfect for the cold weather. The pork was nice and tender. Hironori never disappoints and always hits the spot.
