First time here. Long line to get in but it moved fairly quickly. Had the Roast beef Aburasoba. Mind-Boggling GOOD! The flavor was out of this world! The service was fantastic!! I can’t wait to go back again!
The casual vibe and the traditional Japanese welcoming is so inviting. Everything we had was delicious. I definitely recommend this spot!
Great food! Great service!

Kajiken is a restaurant known for its solid noodle dishes, rice bowls, and appetizers, offering a satisfying dining experience. The menu features dishes like Mazemen, a soupless udon with a chewy texture and rich flavor, comparable to well-rated restaurants in Japan. The Homura Aburasoba, an oil-based noodle dish, is highly recommended for its taste, especially when enhanced with chili oil, vinegar, or chili flakes. The restaurant also serves some of the best Karaage, praised for its authentic flavor and perfect cook to ensure juicy, flavorful chicken.
Guests often find the ambiance clean and welcoming, making it a great spot for lunch or dinner. Many visitors enjoy coming with family or friends, especially before 7 pm on weekends when the place tends to be busier. The staff is friendly and attentive, with some reviews mentioning personal involvement from the owner or head chef, ensuring quality service.
While seating may be limited, takeout is a good option for those who prefer to avoid the small space. Some reviews note a slight aftertaste from certain dishes but consider it worth trying. Overall, Kajiken is a highly recommended spot for those seeking delicious noodles and authentic flavors, with many guests eager to return.
