“Best eel rice plate we've had in OC so far ✨

Between that and their service, it's why we keep coming back. We live nearby and like to come in when I have a craving for their eel rice plate. I don't know what it is about their eel. It's better than some excellent sushi I've had and I would consider buying it if they put it in the menu a la carte.

My partner gets the Build Your Own plate. Sometimes we get a macaron ice cream. Sometimes we get a drink. It depends on our mood, but either way, it's always solid.“

“This location has become my favorite poke spot in OC. The staff are very friendly, they have large portions, and a wide variety of fresh toppings and proteins. The medium bowl is large enough for two meals for myself but they recently upgraded to larger bowls and I decided to splurge. A large bowl and large Thai tea came out to under 25 bucks with tip.“

“I didn't get the owners name, but she was out working just like anyone else would and she was so nice and inviting, which is rare these days. The food is excellent! Extremely fresh tasting and they have some unique sauces that other poke shops don't! Definitely give this place a chance if you haven't!“

“Sushi was incredibly fresh. The rich, fatty flavor of the salmon belly filled my mouth with every bite. The nori had the perfect texture which was neither soggy nor too tough to chew and still carried a great flavor. Even the ginger tasted fresh. This is definitely going to be my go-to place from now on.“

“I loved this place when it was Tokyo teriyaki. Even when they changed their name to Poke Yaki, they still sold their original teriyaki menu in addition to the poke. Well, the days of that teriyaki chicken bowl with fried shrimp are over, and its too bad because they had the best teriyaki in town. Their poke, however, is quite excellent, but ill never go back because they gave up on a good thing for something else I dont want as much.

If youre into poke, which i am, this is a great place for that. Im just moving on.“

“Quality ingredients and homemade sauces. We went for girls breakfast and loved it. My friends got a chicken sandwich and tacos and I got a veggie sandwich on squaw bread with cheese and avocado. “I come here often since it's near my work. I really wanted to post this review so I can show everyone how great my bowl looked. I got a small bowl but the worker packed it so well. Chef's kiss! The service here is fast. Even if they are working on online orders, they make sure to tend to the customers in person first. Everyone is sweet too and they give you extra sauce in the side if you ask.

I've eaten inside a few times too and the ambiance is fine. Definitely recommend if you are so the area“

“First time ordering Poki bowl so I wasn’t sure what to expect. There is a build your own bowl menu card that you fill out. I had some questions and the chef was very helpful, he answered all my questions and I asked for some suggestions, he was spot on. I also ordered a cooked salmon dish. “The food was AMAZING and the service here is the best. It was my first time today and me and my mom loved it. When you walk In there is already some one setting up your table. When you order the food comes in less then 5 minutes. The price is the best you can get. I got to plates of cail roll and green green beans ONLY for $25.36. Such low prices for VERY high quality and savory foods. Their poki bowls are the best too. Hot warm rice mixed with fresh cold seafood goes perfect with any weather. Especially when it is so savory and refreshing. The prices are shocking for how high quality their food is. Regarding prices, this place has the best seafood out of every single seafood place I have tried in all of Orange and in general. The variety of food is good, the small place is cute, I love the decorations, they are welcoming and their lighting is pretty, it is cozy. The people are always so kind when taking your order. When there is no one, your food comes quickly, very fast for the amount of workers.“

“Waited approximately one hour to be seated. Spoiker: it was well worth that wait. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen and pork buns. I can't decide which part was better, the noodles or the broth! The pork buns were priced just right at $8 for 2. Some of the best I've had. You are all so lucky to have such a wonderful ramen bar in your community. “Been coming here for years since they first opened. Quality is always good every single time. Staff is always friendly. Parking right in front is easy. They add new stuff to the menu often, I stick to the same old stuff for the most part but did grab the spicy garlic shrimp today which I definitely recommend.

It was a little warm when we stayed indoors to eat. They also had outdoor seating.“

“Haven’t been to this location so I was able to try it today. I got the 2 scoops for $14.50! It was fresh and lots of topping options which was nice. Only the avocado is extra.

They don’t mix the sauce with the protein, they put it on top. I tried the wasabi cilantro sauce on the side and it was good.

“I have recently grown to really like poke and I've been testing out places around the Fullerton-Placentia area. PokeCo and Pokeworks are both really good, but they are decently pricey. This place offers essentially the same options but at 3-4 dollars less, which is a lot for a simple lunch food! The Poke I got was tasty with sizable portions. The young lady that served me (I wish I would've asked for her name, but she had a few tattoos, maybe latina, with honey blonde hair and spoke in a sweet soft voice) was super helpful about picking my options. I've been wanting to come here for awhile because I love poke and supporting small businesses, and I can astutely say I'll come back here over other options. More people should come here, it deserves the love!“
