“Probably the best poke we’ve ever had. Super fresh, high quality, melt in your mouth fish that even rivals poke selections on the Hawaiian islands. Good variety of toppings and generous portions; the large was hard for me to finish and I eat A LOT. We ordered 2 large half/half bowls and one small (no drinks) each bowl included an upcharge for premium toppings and the total cost was just over $60. Extremely delectable lunch meal; we would definitely eat here again.“

“Haven’t been to this location so I was able to try it today. I got the 2 scoops for $14.50! It was fresh and lots of topping options which was nice. Only the avocado is extra.

They don’t mix the sauce with the protein, they put it on top. I tried the wasabi cilantro sauce on the side and it was good.

There used to be a bomb poke place next to my house off Trabuco but it closed about 3-4 years ago and I haven’t found a replacement yet. Tried a place close to this one and it reeked of fish the moment we walked through the door.
Saw this place on Google Maps, pulled into the parking lot and it just advertised drinks on the storefront. My wife and I were so deflated, but were hungry, so parked and we’re going to go next door. Once we walked up, we saw they did actually sell poke. Walked in, saw all the fresh fish, toppings, a great atmosphere and friendly staff. We ordered our bowls, LOVED them and can’t wait to make this a normal spot moving forward!!!“

“Everything is absolutely excellent ! The quality of the food, the service, and the lovely lady at the counter who took the time to advise us and help us choose. The last time I had sushi this good was at Tsunami in Tampa, Florida!

My sister and I loved it so much that we came back three times in the same week. We absolutely had to check whether it was really that good or whether the first time had just been a lucky day.. And yeah, it was just THAT good and perfect every single time! 😂

I wish theyi had several locations across the United States so I could eat there wherever I travel. “Out of every single sushi I have tried, not a single one fails to disappoint me. Their crab meat is the best and it does not get better than theirs. Such low prices for VERY high quality and savory foods. Their poki bowls are the best too. Hot warm rice mixed with fresh cold seafood goes perfect with any weather. Especially when it is so savory and refreshing. The prices are shocking for how high quality their food is. Regarding prices, this place has the best seafood out of every single seafood place I have tried in all of Orange and in general. The variety of food is good, the small place is cute, I love the decorations, they are welcoming and their lighting is pretty, it is cozy. The people are always so kind when taking your order. When there is no one, your food comes quickly, very fast for the amount of workers.“

“Waited approximately one hour to be seated. Spoiker: it was well worth that wait. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen and pork buns. I can't decide which part was better, the noodles or the broth! The pork buns were priced just right at $8 for 2. Some of the best I've had. You are all so lucky to have such a wonderful ramen bar in your community. I am from Maine and will be sure to stop by this establishment every chance I get once I am in town.“

“Went on a Sunday around 530pm. You order at the counter and pay first. Sushi and Ramen were very delicious! Limited bottled soda,juices and filtered water you get on your own. No AC but who cares you're in Newport. Overall great place to eat after the beach.“

However, there was a kind young lady who was able to help us in German with a name something along the lines of Jessi, and she was very helpful, especially for my friends who can't really speak English well.
