“Best eel rice plate we've had in OC so far ✨

Between that and their service, it's why we keep coming back. We live nearby and like to come in when I have a craving for their eel rice plate. I don't know what it is about their eel. It's better than some excellent sushi I've had and I would consider buying it if they put it in the menu a la carte.

My partner gets the Build Your Own plate. Sometimes we get a macaron ice cream. Sometimes we get a drink. It depends on our mood, but either way, it's always solid.“

I had the Umami Ahi Combo, half brown rice/half salad plus the Miso soup.

“Been coming here and it’s great experience every time. Food is fresh as always, the serving size is just right and well proportioned compared to the other poke places. The server was sweet but could probably speak a little slower and louder 😉. The place could also use a less aggressive cleaner use to wipe down the surfaces because it has such a strong scent. “I happened upon this place while I was at the rage part of hangry (don't forget to eat folks lol). As I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a welcome from the employee behind the counter. He was like joy and sunshine in human form, and something about this place felt so calming. I went from hangry meltdown in the car to totally fine within minutes of being inside. The employee was so friendly and kind that all my hangry rage melted away. Completely impressed. I ordered the poke bowl, and it was incredible. I kid you not, every single bite was just as amazing as the first. I love poke bowls, and this was the best one I've ever had. It was so fresh and just perfect. For context, I'm a really picky eater and rarely take the time to leave reviews. 10/10 would recommend.“

“Probably the best poke we’ve ever had. Super fresh, high quality, melt in your mouth fish that even rivals poke selections on the Hawaiian islands. Good variety of toppings and generous portions; the large was hard for me to finish and I eat A LOT. We ordered 2 large half/half bowls and one small (no drinks) each bowl included an upcharge for premium toppings and the total cost was just over $60. Extremely delectable lunch meal; we would definitely eat here again.“

“Everything is absolutely excellent ! The quality of the food, the service, and the lovely lady at the counter who took the time to advise us and help us choose. The last time I had sushi this good was at Tsunami in Tampa, Florida!

My sister and I loved it so much that we came back three times in the same week. We absolutely had to check whether it was really that good or whether the first time had just been a lucky day.. And yeah, it was just THAT good and perfect every single time! 😂

I wish theyi had several locations across the United States so I could eat there wherever I travel. It will definitely be our first stop whenever we’re back in the LA area and have a little downtime from our business. Amazing food, consistent quality, and wonderful service. I highly recommend it! “Came when it wasn't busy. Shared a large poke bowl between the 2 of us which was plenty of food. We ordered salmon, tuna, albacore, and tempura shrimp as our proteins and liked that they offered seaweed salad, mango, mandarin, tamago, edamame, ginger, smelt egg as toppings.
It was a little warm when we stayed indoors to eat. They also had outdoor seating.“

Such low prices for VERY high quality and savory foods. Their poki bowls are the best too. Hot warm rice mixed with fresh cold seafood goes perfect with any weather. Especially when it is so savory and refreshing. The prices are shocking for how high quality their food is. Regarding prices, this place has the best seafood out of every single seafood place I have tried in all of Orange and in general. The variety of food is good, the small place is cute, I love the decorations, they are welcoming and their lighting is pretty, it is cozy. The people are always so kind when taking your order. When there is no one, your food comes quickly, very fast for the amount of workers.“

“The place is small but don't let that fool you! The menu is huge. The portions are so big they use tape to help keep containers closed. The flavor.....UNMATCHED, Island Beef Ribs and Poke is what we got and both were amazing.
Poke is just as if you were in the island! Amazingly good, they sell out fast so get there early. Sure there's other Poke places around but they are so artificial and processed like store bought Poke.

The staff is so friendly! They're helpful if you have questions and is always with a smile! Love them.

“I come here often since it's near my work. I really wanted to post this review so I can show everyone how great my bowl looked. I got a small bowl but the worker packed it so well. Chef's kiss! The service here is fast. Even if they are working on online orders, they make sure to tend to the customers in person first. Everyone is sweet too and they give you extra sauce in the side if you ask.

I've eaten inside a few times too and the ambiance is fine. Definitely recommend if you are so the area“

“Waited approximately one hour to be seated. Spoiker: it was well worth that wait. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen and pork buns. I can't decide which part was better, the noodles or the broth! The pork buns were priced just right at $8 for 2. Some of the best I've had. You are all so lucky to have such a wonderful ramen bar in your community. I am from Maine and will be sure to stop by this establishment every chance I get once I am in town.“

However, there was a kind young lady who was able to help us in German with a name something along the lines of Jessi, and she was very helpful, especially for my friends who can't really speak English well. “Haven’t been to this location so I was able to try it today. I got the 2 scoops for $14.50! It was fresh and lots of topping options which was nice. Only the avocado is extra.

They don’t mix the sauce with the protein, they put it on top. I tried the wasabi cilantro sauce on the side and it was good.

“Honestly the poke here was actually really good not gonna lie but what made the experience not as good was the fact that they ran out of rice so I had to substitute it with either store bought tortilla chips or mixed greens, and the prices seemed a bit steep for the overall portions, and the line wasn’t that bad even tho it was long but the place is super tiny and barely has room to accommodate eating inside and the line right in the middle so that’s why I gave it 4 stars, but I would come back just for the poke by itself forsure cuz it is worth the wait, and they have a good selection of poke flsvors and Hawaiian suns“
