It was probably just a bad day for that person, but I don't like that we, as customers, had to experience that type of attitude from an employee. Don't get it twisted, I will still be going back. “I live in Paso Robles. Found this location due to IG. Purchase the Katsu Chicken SPICY plate and the Spam Brûlée Musubi. Happy to say both were delicious. Very much enjoyed the Mac Salad with the plate. Will definitely revisit if I’m ever back in town.“

“After seeing this place on grun with Greg's Facebook, I decided to try it. I got the loco moco plate, island beef rib plate and the 2 for $5 teriyaki spam masubi. I enjoyed the masubi. It was pretty flavorful and well made. The island beef run was also very delicious. For the price and for 3 beef ribs, it was well worth it. The loco moco plate was also good but unfortunately there was no gravy. So I docked my review by 1 star. Loco moco isn't loco moco without gravy. Other than that, I recommend this place. Don't order online, it's $4 more online. Just order in person or see if you can call in an order.“

“The most authentic Hawaii experience you can find outside of Hawaii! Not only was the storefront decorated with Hawaii themed memorabilia that made me feel at home but the service and food was A+We ordered two spam musubi ( a Hawaii classic) the Teri Mix Plate and Seafood Mix Plate.First off, everything is made to order NO food is sitting around and the food is FRESH!All the food was excellent and had amazing flavor reminding me of home! The spam musubi and Mac salad were amazing and it felt like I was still in Hawaii!I 1000% recommend this restaurant and you should definitely stop by when coming to Disneyland!P.S. We would have taken pictures but we ate the food too quickly it was that delicious!Thank you again Aunty Cheryl for all the kindness and great service!“

“One of my two favorite poke places in OCLove this place, the food quality is always fantastic and food quality is consistent.Service is friendly and welcome.The prices are very reasonable.I have tried many bowls, they are all great, and the Traditional Shoyu is probably my favorite. Don't overlook the handrolls which are great as well. The Poke Nachos are a good change of pace.“

“I stopped coming here a couple months ago because of the rude cashier and decided to order today. I called to make an order to go and the same cashier Anna answered. She put me on hold and after a minute I heard it hang up, after she left the line busy because it wouldn’t even ring. It’s always the same girl giving us terrible service but that was just the cherry on top. The younger guy cashier was there when I pulled up and honestly saved it he’s very nice otherwise I’d never come back here again. Everyone at my job that comes here said the same thing too.“

“I love coming here! The cashier is always so nice and friendly. The food is good, made fresh while you wait. $2 spam musubi on Thursdays is hard to beat. I also enjoy their macaroni salad. It is a little pricey but you do get a lot of food.“

“Really amazing Hawaiian food, came on Saturday to get the huli huli chicken, as well as the DHK plate lunch. Both plate lunches came with 2 scoops of rice and 1 scoop of potato Mac salad. “First time here and thought the selection was varied and fresh. Very friendly staff. I like that you build up your own selections and they are generous with the portions. The seating area is a bit drab.“

We ordered the chef special and daily special (one star I think is what it was called?) and the crack chicken and Mac salad were my favorites! The poke was also great and so were the spare ribs and fish. Hefty portions, we were all full and most of us did not finish our meal at the restaurant. Music inside was quite loud and made it difficult to hear each other talking.“

“Solid Hawaiian BBQ joint. Chicken, beef, pork, and katsu on the menu. The combo plate gives you a taste of everything and weighs like 5 pounds… perfectly cooked cabbage and macaroni salad. “This is my first time there. I ordered the poke, salmon only, with greens and no rice, mini size(?) There's plenty of salmon, it comes with my favorite seaweed. I was surprised how good it was. Parking is usually very scarce during lunch. I don't remember seeing seating inside as it is a very small place. Again, seating outside is for all the restaurants in the center. It may be hard to find a table. Definitely going back again.“

I have was back there within a week as I craved their fresh, delicious food. The staff are great as went last night at 10 min before closing. They were just as friendly, nothing was packed up (pre-closing) and it was beyond delicious & hit the spot. I will be frequenting this place for a while now. I have only had the rollrrittos so far but I know everything there is all good!!!“

I’ve moved out of orange county but get food from here every time I visit. My go to favorites are the chicken katsu, bbq chicken, and Maui pineapple chicken! The chicken is always super delicious and tender. And they always remember to replace the mac and cheese with double rice for me because I’m lactose intolerant.“

large bowls are okay, not great, compared to other places. Their fish are excellent. For some reason, they do tend to short the customers on the masago. I've even told them i will pay extra if they give me an extra scoop of masago, but it seems they are saving it for somebody else. I pay and I tip generously, so what's the problem?“
