Best sushi bowl in town

I am not the type to frequently post reviews, but the interactions with the workers at this location made it an unpleasant experience. The quality of the food is very average, the fish wasn't particularly fresh, the rice wasn't warm enough, and the sides were nothing to brag about. However, the service was terrible. After paying, we noticed on the receipt that we were charged for one small and one medium bowl when we actually ordered two small bowls. When we went back to rectify the situation, the staff in front were annoyed. One of the front workers, a woman, was especially annoyed, staring down my partner with judgmental dagger eyes. When neither her nor the man could figure out how to issue a partial refund, the man got irritated and slapped the counter before going back to call the manager to the front. The manager finally fixed the issue, with the two front workers clearly annoyed at us for their mistake.

Horrible service. We arrived around 3pm 11/12 and filled out the order forms as instructed. We then went to the cashier and the cashier ignored us and tended to the people behind us. We showed her the order forms and she gave us attitude once again and pointed at the line, suggesting we fail in like. She was extremely rude and we left.

This is a tough one, I'm picky with my pokeI make my own that meets the exact flavor profile I want. Umami, salty, slightly fishy, scallions, sesame oil and seeds, and a dash of seasoned rice vinegar. Hey that's a lot to ask for you say...sure I agree but that's what I like, and I didn't get it.There was nothing wrong basically but I thought it was all very densly packed into a small bowl separating all flavors, making it tuna here, seaweed salad there all flavors scattered independently from each other....Could it be fixed? Sure start with a wider birth on the bowl, maybe give people an idea what makes for a great sauce mix as the house sauce was lacking umami.

The food was great. However the customer service is cold. No "hello", no "your total is". Just silence and cold stares. Maybe today was an off day for the workers, but I will most likely come back!

This is my new go-to spot for Poke. They have great portions and way more available sides than any other poke spot. Thanks to the owner for giving customers what they want!

actually very impressed with my poke bowl! i had a small and it was actually A LOT of food. the sides were a generous size and made the 2 scoops of fish seem like a lot more. the service was friendly, and it was easy to order with an order form (although optional). seating inside is communal, but plenty of outside tables if you want your own.id actually come back!

Good selection. Good, quick and friendly service. Interested in trying different sauces next time to see if it will make a difference. Would recommend. Great to have a good poke place nearby!

I love Poké Bar so much - I go here at least once a week. Their fish is fresh and I find that the employees keep everything sanitary. They have a wide variety of options for toppings, sauces & mix ins. A medium size usually fills me up. They don't skimp you on the toppings here and usually everything is filled to the brim! I can't imagine going anywhere else to get my poké. You can go up and order or you can fill out an order form and give it to the employees. They can get pretty busy around lunch and dinner time.

My husband ordered 2 Poke bowls. We checked the 5 different sauces to be on the poke bowls but when I started eating it, I couldn’t taste any sauce. I was so disappointed! How can you eat a poke bowl without a sauce????

My daughter and I just found this place last week and have already been 3 times. The bowls do not disappoint. The seafood and veggies taste fresh, the different sauces and toppings are yummy, it's local, parking is close, there's indoor and outdoor seating, and the price is comparable.I have to say that I do prefer when the mature staff makes the bowls, their customer service is better, and you can tell they are more confident in their product, like which sauce taste better with each item... compared to the younger ones.Besides that we definitely recommend this place. Enjoy!

Stopped by and picked up a poke bowl. The place is small, but clean. I was quickly greeted by a friendly employee. It was my first time here, so I had no idea how to order. He was very helpful. I was actually picking up a bowl for my daughter. Her bowls are usually really plain: rice, tuna, edamame, avocado and sesame seeds. The young man on the register was very nice, and friendly. Although, I didn't taste it, my daughter said it was very good.
