04.02.2024 - Anniversary breakfast for my Mom & Dad at @aloha.stacks I've been here before, but it was their first time here, and they enjoyed every bite! We had no leftovers to take home. From left right: *Iced Coffee *Ube Coconut Pancakes *Hamburger Patty Loco Moco *Kids Cheese Omelet with Fruit *Kalua Pork Omlette with Potatoes I must say, the Ube Coconut Pancakes were actually good and not overly sweet. They were pretty light and fluffy, too! I'd recommend it! You can't go wrong with Loco Moco. I couldn't quite decide what to eat so I went with a dish, I already know I'll like. They have different options of protein that you can choose from, too! My Dad said the Kalua Pork omlette was very filling. It was actually jammed pack with Kalua Pork. My daughter likes egg and cheese, so that was a win for her. I highly recommend this spot, especially if you're looking for that good hawaiian meal. Keep in mind, their hours of operation is only from 6:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. There's a good amount of seating area inside, but it does get busy. The earlier, the better. Also, you order your food first at the counter and then find a table.

Great food, tried the island chilaquiles and they did not disappoint! The Hawaiian latte was a great pairing as well. Overall enjoyed that it was quick service and a cool kitty place to enjoy some breakfast.

First time visiting Aloha Stacks and wow, it will not be the last! Being from the islands it was a nice surprise to see Island food on a menu. Kalua pork, Loco Moco just to name a few. The dining area isn't too spacious but we were able to sit our party of 10 on the outdoor tables and it was a perfect day. Standing in line for half an hour can be a little putting off but they served us literally within about 5 minutes of taking our order. I was walking our drinks to the table as the waitress dropped off our first plates. Customer service is incredible! I had the typical chicken katsu plate which wasn't exactly katsu, more like crispy fried chicken without the panko crumbs. But I finished every bite. Everyone finished their plates as well including French toast, chilaquiles with kalua pork, pancakes for the kids, waffle plate with turkey patties. We will be back!Parking: It's a huge spread-out shopping center so parking is shared. But it's totally doable.Kid-friendliness: It's a family diner basically with kids plates and lots of stuff for kids besides the kids plates---juice, chocolate milk, etc.

The service is friendly and the food is amazing! There wasn't a thing we didn't enjoy. The inside was clean and they were busy but no table sat dirty for longer than a minute after people left.

I highly recommend the purple pancakes absolutely delicious I personally go in there only for that .

Plenty of parking. Contemporary restaurant style, not too noisy. Tables inside and out. Lunch menu available at 9 am Trying Ube and the Hawaiian latte coffees. Both come lightly sweetened. Ube flavor is minimal and the Hawaiian has a solid coconut flavor. Kailua pork is spot on, Ube pancakes are tasty and you can take some of that coconut syrup they provide you put in your coffee and basically have a Hawaiian coffee. Good memories of Hawaii. Nice art. -1 star for bathroom

I looooove Aloha Stacks. I come with my family or partner at least once a month. After an employee takes your order, they give you a number. Later on, another employee will find the table you are sitting at, whether you are inside or outside. Personally, I like to sit outside so I can people watch. It also doesn't hurt to get fresh air! I always aways always order the loco moco with easy over eggs, chicken katsu, and extra gravy on the side. I admit I need to add salt and pepper to my dish, but otherwise it tastes fantastic. I'm sure they are watching out for those who have high cholesterol ;) Well, maybe not, but I'd rather have it under salted than overly salted. That way, I can control how much salt I want to add to the dish. In addition, I order the ube coconut pancakes with the sauce on the side. I have no complaints for this dish. It's so delicious and I hope everyone tries it! One complaint I have is the ube latte. I don't recommend the ube latte unless you like the grainy taste. I don't think the powder was dissolved all the way. I tried to mix it a lot but it wasn't enough.

On delivery orders, they always forget the dressing for the salad, you pretty much just pay for some lettuce...

The food was pretty really good and the ambiance was nice! I would recommend to get there early since the line picks up. We went when it was raining and there was still a line, which is usually a good sign!
