Based on reviews, Ono Hawaiian BBQ offers great service and friendly, welcoming staff. The food is really good, fresh, and tasty with big portions. Popular meals include the BBQ and Katsu Chicken Combo, the BBQ mix, katsu chicken with red chili sauce, mahi-mahi, and pineapple fried rice. The macaroni salad is to die for. The dining area is huge, clean, and has a casual atmosphere with Aloha vibes, relaxing island music, and warm lighting. However, prices went up, and they have a cheap imitation of Sriracha Hot Chilli sauce. There was also a sewage smell that went away after a while.
