“The best place to try Bosnian food! I can’t pick one favorite, from cevapi to pizza to pita , this food taste like homemade. All employees are nice and friendly, but the owner is an amazing human being, so humble and approachable, honest and relatable, love chatting with him every time we visit Cali, which is usually 2-3 times a year and we make sure we eat lunch and dinner at Sofra Urbana every day. “My husband and I really enjoyed this visit to Seasons52. It had been a while since we had been there; in fact the last time was for a Thanksgiving dinner shortly after Covid. We were happy we made the choice to go back there. The best part of our visit was our waitress, Bec. She was excellent with her recommendations, and very friendly and attentive. My husband really enjoyed his wine, and I enjoyed my tropical pineapple Cosmo. My husband ordered the white bean soup, which he loved, and the gnocchi, which he said was OK - he wished he'd have gotten the shrimp and grits instead. I had the strawberry and spinach salad, which was good, but I wished they had used blue cheese instead of gorgonzola as the gorgonzola was a little bitter. I chose the Ahi Tower appetizer as my main dish, which was delicious. We each chose one of their small desserts: my husband had the carrot cake and I had the Keylime pie. Neither of us felt they were anything to write him about, but we liked having these small dessert options. We were at the Costa Mesa location but live in Los Angeles, and wish that they had never closed their location in Century city as we don't get to go very often anymore. “

“HI, I have to be honest. I was trying to find a way to contact Flappy Jacks as I have a proposition I think would be perfect for Flappy Jacks I have what is probably a bit of an unusual idea. Or maybe just a good idea. I know it is an unusual way to contact you but there was no email address. So I hope this works. I am from Columbia Missouri and I am visiting my Son, Grand Kids, and family there, just a few blocks to the East of Tustin. I am a musician, part time, and I like to street busk (play music on the streets) for grins. I noticed your nostalgic decor and your Elvis statues and the mural featuring the St Louis Arch, which is in Missouri on the Mississippi, of course, where I am from, and the 1930s, 40s and 50s nostalgia, and I wondered if you ever considered, or entertained the notion of having a little nostalgic live music, every now and then, perhaps even if only just once as an experiment. I just happen to play that old classic blues from that era, mostly, at least in this capacity, as Mr. Fletcher's One Man Blues Band. And I thought we might make a pretty good match up. As I said, at least, as an experiment. You can check me out at Facebook "Keith Fletcher, musician." Though most of that music is from my original music shows, and not my one man blues sets. I noticed you had a nice patio area where I could play outside and it might be a nice treat for your customers to have a bit of entertainment, just for a change of pace. They might really appreciate it since they obviously like your atmosphere. I don't play loud music. Unless folks want that, but I prefer to play soft. Or at least in situations like this. I've been the house band for BBQ joints and restaurants on several occasions. So I am familiar with the proper decorum. Mostly I was just looking for a little music adventure in CA within a walking distance of my Son's house, where I could carry a very tiny amp about the size of a cracker box, and my guitar to a gig. I thought maybe about just doing a street gig but saw your venue and something seemed to click. I hope you think so too. I estimate you are about a mile walking distance from his house and I only need an electrical plug. And probably some cool beverages. Like I said, I'm mostly in it for a small musical adventure, and so will play for tips, though, maybe you can pay me with free cold beverages, especially if it is hot, and maybe a sandwich or meal depending on how long I am there. It all looks delicious to me. If you find you'd like to host me again, and want me back, that might be possible over the week, and I may be back for the Christmas holiday. I might even be able to talk my Son into bringing the kids and family. Could be a total bust, or could be a very nice thing, but nothing ventured, nothing gained. Who knows? If it worked out well enough for both of us, you might even want to do it again sometime, Maybe even offer some kind of fee next time, if there is a next time. Life is an adventure. You / we, might stumble onto something good. If you would like to give it a whirl, what day and time would you think is good to catch a crowd? “This LA bakery is a must-visit for anyone craving a delightful pastry experience. Despite the long wait for parking and entry (over 30 minutes), the staff was incredibly quick and friendly, managing to keep the crowd moving smoothly.

The bakery itself is a sight to behold, with its vast expanse of baked goods and an open kitchen that showcases their delectable creations. We indulged in a variety of items, including almond croissant, cinnamon croissant, chicken sandwich, eclair, cream cheese guava strudels, chicken croquettes, spinach puff pastry, biscuits, chicken empanadas, and wheat bread.

The biscuits were a standout, filled with gooey caramel and chocolate. The eclair was a melt-in-your-mouth masterpiece. Every bite was a blissful experience, thanks to the freshly baked, warm pastries.

While the chicken sandwich was a bit of a letdown compared to the other pastries, it was still enjoyable. Overall, this bakery offers an amazing experience and is definitely worth a visit.“

You can split the bill multiple ways, and staff was accommodating when my guests arrived at different times. There is a variety of delicious food everyone can enjoy.
