“Went there for the first time with three friends on a Saturday at noon. Sure, finding parking was a bit rough, but with people leaving with to go orders we found a great spot pretty quickly. Even though there was a line, it moved so fast & with so many great & friendly employees, ordering went very quickly. We found a table on the patio & the employees there were also very friendly & helpful. Food was delivered to us, exceptional, especially the potato balls. Sandwich on a croissant also delicious!!! Took a chocolate croissant home & thet was also so yummy!!! I can't wait to go back again & again. Thank you for such a great experience!!!!“

“Went for lunch with reservation. Server was attentive, knowledgeable on menu and friendly. Everything came out timely from appetizers, to main course, but desert seemed to take a little longer. Shared PESTO CHICKEN AND FRESH MOZZARELLA FLATBREAD, PHILLY CHEESESTEAK FLATBREAD & CHARCUTERIE BOARD. I didn't try charcuterie which looked good, flat read was good but not to die for. Main course had the BRICK-OVEN ROASTED CHILEAN SEA BASS which was also very good, cooked excellent and left me satisfied but not full. Moved on to desert and couldn't decide on KEY LIME PIE (1 MINI) & BLUEBERRY AND LEMON (1 MINI) so got both - have to say I was surprised the key lime pie was not tart enough for liking and the pie crust crumbles fell as I scooped out of the dish with my spoon, the blueberry and lemon was excellent and highly recommended! I would return to this location for lunch or dinner, would love to have had a drink during happy hour to complement the meal.“

“HI, I have to be honest. I was trying to find a way to contact Flappy Jacks as I have a proposition I think would be perfect for Flappy Jacks I have what is probably a bit of an unusual idea. Or maybe just a good idea. I know it is an unusual way to contact you but there was no email address. So I hope this works. I am from Columbia Missouri and I am visiting my Son, Grand Kids, and family there, just a few blocks to the East of Tustin. I am a musician, part time, and I like to street busk (play music on the streets) for grins. I noticed your nostalgic decor and your Elvis statues and the mural featuring the St Louis Arch, which is in Missouri on the Mississippi, of course, where I am from, and the 1930s, 40s and 50s nostalgia, and I wondered if you ever considered, or entertained the notion of having a little nostalgic live music, every now and then, perhaps even if only just once as an experiment. I just happen to play that old classic blues from that era, mostly, at least in this capacity, as Mr. Fletcher's One Man Blues Band. And I thought we might make a pretty good match up. As I said, at least, as an experiment. You can check me out at Facebook "Keith Fletcher, musician." Though most of that music is from my original music shows, and not my one man blues sets. I noticed you had a nice patio area where I could play outside and it might be a nice treat for your customers to have a bit of entertainment, just for a change of pace. They might really appreciate it since they obviously like your atmosphere. I don't play loud music. Unless folks want that, but I prefer to play soft. Or at least in situations like this. I've been the house band for BBQ joints and restaurants on several occasions. So I am familiar with the proper decorum. Mostly I was just looking for a little music adventure in CA within a walking distance of my Son's house, where I could carry a very tiny amp about the size of a cracker box, and my guitar to a gig. I thought maybe about just doing a street gig but saw your venue and something seemed to click. I hope you think so too. I estimate you are about a mile walking distance from his house and I only need an electrical plug. And probably some cool beverages. Like I said, I'm mostly in it for a small musical adventure, and so will play for tips, though, maybe you can pay me with free cold beverages, especially if it is hot, and maybe a sandwich or meal depending on how long I am there. It all looks delicious to me. If you find you'd like to host me again, and want me back, that might be possible over the week, and I may be back for the Christmas holiday. I might even be able to talk my Son into bringing the kids and family. Could be a total bust, or could be a very nice thing, but nothing ventured, nothing gained. Who knows? If it worked out well enough for both of us, you might even want to do it again sometime, Maybe even offer some kind of fee next time, if there is a next time. Life is an adventure. You / we, might stumble onto something good. If you would like to give it a whirl, what day and time would you think is good to catch a crowd? “Super good westernized Chinese restaurant with lots options and good value. The Changs lettuce wraps are their most popular dish and definitely a must try. All of their dishes are packed with flavor and very delicious. The sushi rolls are on the smaller side so I would recommend skipping those and getting their main dishes. Beautiful interior with plenty of outdoor seating as well and friendly staff.“

I honestly don't know what I would have done without Taylor Made Cuisine! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

My husband and I had been living in Arizona for the past eight months while our home in San Clemente was being renovated. The project was supposed to be finished in January, giving me six months to plan our intimate Fourth of July patio wedding. Instead, the renovation wasn't completed until mid-June, leaving me with just two weeks to plan everything.

What were the chances of finding a caterer - let alone an exceptional one - with only two weeks' notice on one of the busiest holidays of the year? Thankfully, Taylor Made Cuisine came to the rescue!

From the very beginning, the ordering process was seamless, organized, and completely stress-free. They made everything so easy during a time when I was juggling countless wedding details. The food was absolutely exquisite! Every dish was beautifully prepared and presented, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious everything was. People were going back for seconds and asking who our caterer was! I also loved the elegant menu display that listed each dish and its ingredients - it was such a thoughtful, classy touch that elevated the entire presentation.

What truly made the experience exceptional was Beatriz. She was simply AH-MAZING! She arrived right on time, handled the entire setup flawlessly, and made everything look beautiful. Throughout the event, she was constantly working behind the scenes, serving guests, discreetly clearing plates, keeping everything spotless, and making sure everyone was taken care of. She was incredibly professional, warm, attentive, and genuinely a joy to have at our wedding. My aunt Sue just thought the world of her when she told me the next day she had a wonderful conservation with her. Thanks to her, I was actually able to relax and enjoy our special day instead of worrying about the details.
