We visited Lynn tea on thanksgiving day and as soon as we came in the nice gentleman offered us samples. The samples to choose from where: mocha, matcha, coconut, mango and strawberry and they all tasted amazing, but being coconut lovers we decided to get the coconut slushees with boba, on my daughter's slushy she added the brown sugar and it was delicious. Definitely will be back again“

“This is our local YL. So happy to find out when we moved here in 2015 that a Yogurtland isn't far from our residence. We use to go to Yogurt town which was right around the corner from our house but that didn't compare to Yogurtland. We use to have one about the same distance in our old city. My kids love Yogurtland. When Covid hit. We were a bit bum with the concept when the kids couldn't make their own bowls of frozen yogurt themselves. So we hardly visited. Since that took away the experience of YL. Now that we are back to enjoying filling our own cup. We regularly visit here. The associates are all so friendly and the yogurt shop is always on top notch on cleanliness and always having the topping area spic and span. Came on National Frozen Yogurt Day and it was a full house. With the continuous rush of happy customers. They were all able to stay top notch and changing out the trash bins from over flowing. They also offer disposable cooking gloves for customers to use right next to the yogurt cup station. My all time fav flavor is the original tart. It somewhat reminds me of Pinkberry original tart. I just love tartness taste in my frozen yogurt. I feel like you can't go wrong with that along w toffee chocolate flakes. My son is obsessed with the Rocket pop. She glad this feature summer flavor has made its way to stay on the flavor board year round. It literally taste like the rocket pop popsicle. Every kids fav! Love every so often they'd run promotion offers to our community. our elementary school along w other local schools has also done Fundraisers here. Definitely a business always looking way to help out our community and schools. We are obsessed with keeping their spoon. They make great Reusable ice cream dessert spoons. Recycle reduce reuse!!! And I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one that keeps these spoons. My friends does too. I use to collect the different/limited design ones they have from a feature collection. “Amazing shop, our favorite boba place and we come here weekly. The owner and staff are so friendly and always remember us. Our favorite drink is the Viva Mango it has plum flavoring and Tajin! The perfect salty/sweet flavoring, So good! I also recommend the Coconut Pandan. I always get 50% sweetness but my kids prefer full sweetness. All the drinks are very different, so if you try one that is not your favorite, visit again and try another. They are sure to have something you enjoy and you cannot beat the great customer service.“

“A donut shop is not just a donut shop! YES Donuts puts donuts on the map for me. Their donuts are fresh and fluffy and glazed just perfectly. Finger licking good donuts! Besides their awesome donuts, they offer a variety of breakfast and lunch bites. I absolutely love their breakfast burritos. And when I'm not in the mood for a burrito, they met me in the middle and were able to make me a breakfast bowl! All the goodies without the flour tortilla. Don't skip on the salsa, because it's really good! Oh and the portions, let's just say, you won't get shorted. My kids love their ham & cheese croissants. They also love their boba drinks. They have an awesome Thai Tea and Milk Tea. My husband loves their lox bagels for three reasons: damn good, generous portion, fresh! Their breakfast sandwiches are also pretty awesome! “Stopped by for morning caffeine and ended up falling in love with their options. It's a family operated store and it was fun to get to talk with them and hear their story. I had the blended horchata frap and my husband had the iced Killer Bee. I'm a sweet and creamy coffee lover and thought the balance of the espresso and horchata was fabulous. My husband likes his darker, and the killer bee is honey & espresso, so he was happy. I highly recommend Coffee Heist. SO many options, good prices, good people, and yummy coffee.“
“This place is clean and bright. There's plenty of parking outside and I paid with Apple Pay. The service was super friendly and they gave us samples of the bases. You can mix and match multiple bases. I got blue magic (coconut and something else) and ube. My daughter likes the cacao base the best. All the ingredients are fresh and delicious! Definitely check it out if you like açaí type bowls or healthy fresh smoothies!“

“Great food and drinks here! Never gone wrong with the crawfish scampi fries. Parking can be a hassle on a busy night but I gotta get my fix still! Minus one star because one of the male employees always looks annoyed when talking to patrons. Noticed it a few times before but this time when I walked into the store (only customer there), I said excuse me to him because I was standing there for two minutes so he obviously didn't notice me, which was fine of course, but he gave me this head shake which really threw me off this time around. Hopefully this pattern improves over time as I really like this place.“

“I absolutely love this place. I grew up drinking sugar cane juice and who knew the simple thought of adding coconut juice or even pennyworth juice to it would elevate it to a whole other level. This is perfectly and naturally sweet. I could not ask for a more refreshing drink. The drinks are $6 for a regular cup, and $7 for a large cup. It is honestly delicious. If you've never had sugar cane juice I would definitely give it a try.“

Drinks: this is the go to place for all variations of Rau ma drinks! They used to have a delicious durian smoothie but it's not available anymore. Aside from their smoothies and rau ma, their other drinks are okay. Ambiance: workers are nice and I love that you can order online. There are a good amount of seatings.“

Loved the Passion Paradise and the PBJ is a delicious protein smoothie which is great after a workout. It can be a bit pricey, but the quality is great! The staff working there are nice and the place is clean. There are also screens with nutritional information throughout the shop which is cool to read while you wait for your order.“

“After our lunch meal at Tofu Bean Koren BBQ in Rowland Heights, we wanted to go have dessert. One of my youngest brother checked the surrounding area and found Coconut Jelly King just a block away. We drove on over to check them out.This was my first time visit. They specialize in coconut jelly with various topping in a jar. They also sell a few other specialty items such as durian crepe, waffle pancake, mango pomelo sago, young coconut, etc. I ended up ordering several different topping flavors... red bean, hazelnut chocolate, mango, taro, swallow nest, black sesame walnut, single coconut jelly. They come in a pretty good size glass jar that can be reused at home for storage. I had to try their durian crepe as I love durian anything LOL. I must have my king of fruits! And I wanted to try the mango pomelo sago.Single coconut jelly was light and not too sweet... it was very good! Mango pomelo sago was okay... mango pieces were not sweet and tapioca was a little firmer than I would have liked. Durian crepe was good, however, the durian was not smooth and custardy.Staff was okay. Interior was cute... it had some interesting wall art. Tables, chairs, and bar stools are available for seating. They have one all gender restroom in the back room. Prices are a tad high depending on the item. But if you haven't tried them, at least try them once. If it's worth it, then do splurge a little. You only live once. Btw, they also have a location in Alhambra if Rowland Heights is not close to you. I'll have to check out that location since I'm out that way most of the time. See you there!“
“I stopped by the other day and thought it was excellent! The tea was super yummy, and they had a wide selection of tea for both adults and kids. Drinks were labeled with whether or not they had caffeine or milk, and had multiple substitutions for milk averse people like myself lol. “I wanted some boba and this is the third time I've been to this location. I ordered the Strawberry Creamsicle (with boba) and my friend ordered the House Coffee. The Strawberry Creamsicle is like a strawberry milk shake with whipped cream... so warm boba is a little odd with it. It was still good tho. The House Coffee had some milk foam on top and was good according to my friend. Overall, the drinks here are refreshing and satisfying. They also have the cups with the cute dog shaped lids.“

“To be honest, i'm not a fan of coconut, or anything coconut flavored- so i was really skeptical of trying their puddings. They have a variety of selection and i decided to try their matcha pudding- and honestly i was shocked at how good it was. It wasn't overly sweet and the coconut flavor wasn't overpowering. It was the perfect blend between the two flavors and the milk inside the pudding makes the texture very soft that makes it addicting. It is a bit pricey for what it is, but i think it is really good and worth trying.“

“It was the neon corn dog sign that got me! I'm honestly not a big mochi doughnut guy, but the family likes them. The Wife and Boy liked the churro and Nutella doughnuts and thought the matcha was ok. (Shout out to the staff, btw, who told us they were bringing out a fresh batch of matcha when we saw it was sold out.) Ok, so the corn dogs! I got the ramen combo (hot dog+cheese). Oh, it was so crunchy and good with the crushed ramen! And they use beef hotdogs, not the cheap stuff. The Boy tried the potato one, and he also loved it. The crunchy potato bits around it, so good. I think what makes the batter work so nicely is that the mochi consistency holds ramen or the potato (or whatever you choose) together very well. If you haven't tried it but were curious, I highly recommend it! The next day, I got the hazelnut iced coffee to get my morning started, also awesome!!“

The inside is very fun; very colorful with a fun mural of the nice torta crab guy. Don't be intimidated by the Spanish menus, it's time to practice your Espanol and if you need help, the friendly staff lives up to its name. The food itself is delicious and generous for a great value. But here's the thing - the salsas are the real stand outs. The salsa bar lets you mix and match: I love the most spicy and the least spicy kinds. The different salsas you use on your torta changes the complexity and flavor profile and they're all good. I can see myself bringing my whole family. My mother-in-law would love the menudo, my brother would love the birria, and my little nephew would enjoy the quesadilla.
