Well, it was lunchtime and the place was packed. I tried to call and let the desk I was ready to pick up my food. The line was busy, then I held on for 15 minutes. Finally a really nice man stopped after I waved him over. I asked if he could tell the to go people I was there. He came back and said that I was supposed to call back with my credit card number. He saw my card in my hand. He asked if I would trust him to pay for and bring back my food. He did and I thanked him profusely. “Everything here was chef’s kiss! My visit was in person and I ordered the Beets Me Burger! The Beets Me burger was so delicious and I loved the fact that it was made from mushrooms and beets. The flavor was amazing and the brioche bun was nicely toasted. I ordered the Biscuit Bomb and through UberEats and it is The Bomb! The biscuit was nice and soft and all of the flavors paired well together. The Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup did not disappoint! Awesome hospitality from both of them. Very attentive to my needs. I had the brisket and a side of coleslaw, by far the best brisket I’ve had as most tends to be dry and tough. Santa Maria bbq is spot on cant wait to be back to try some of there other menu items as they all look good. Great sauces as well i had the mango habanero and some sweet brown sugar sauce. It was so great of her to fit me in and work with me to make sure I got the best damn cake for my wedding. I wasn't sure I wanted a cake but when she sent me samples I literally wanted to have a 6 tier cake so we didn't have to choose. It was some of the best cake I have ever tried! All were amazing.
