“My family and I have been customers of this place for over 20 years. There is no better place in Santa Ana (or Orange County for that matter) for a good old-fashioned birria. It is cooked to perfection. I came today after a couple of years, and they have simply not lost their magic touch. The same staff from years ago making the same delicious recipe. “Hosted a 40 people surprise party at GameCraft and I have never worked with a better brewery!!

Their small team of 4 were super accommodating to our requests, even though they were busy all day, and the drinks were BOMB (props to the brewmaster).

We were pleasantly surprised that they had a nerd market that day AND karaoke at 7 pm.
Even though we only booked for 3 hours and was planning to barhop after the event, we all stayed until closing cuz it was such a great place to just chill the night away.

“Fun new spot near the airport in Irvine with tasty beer and a great vibe. Tucked back in an industrial area but with a great big outdoor patio with plenty of seating. Inside has a mix of tables couches and bar seating with a fun vibe. Hip music playing throughout. Incredibly friendly staff talk through the beers on tap to help make selections. Taster sized pours mean you can try all of them without feeling guilty. A few seltzers on tap I didn’t try but also a selection of IPAs, IIPAs and pilsners. Brewer has experience from Greek Cheek and excited to see what they have in store. Check it out for sure!“

“Had the great fortune of trying this Hazy IPA before meeting the owner Kelsey Grammer and watching him pull beer for a few hours. This beer is outstanding! it doesn't have that hoppy bite and has a refreshing citrus finish. Put simply? it's delicious. Looking forward to more amazing beers coming!!“

“This brewery has such an awesome vibe. The beers are top notch. I love West Coast ipa's and they have 4 on the menu. Try them all. I think they're all amazing. I also love hazy's, and they have some really good ones here, very fruity, very hoppy, citrusy, but also malty, which I love. The food is also really good. Their Pizza is amazing. I got the works. It was delicious. It's actually pretty big. The sandwiches are also incredible and they are huge. There's like 4 pieces to it, so bring your appetite. The atmosphere is super chill. It's right next to the train tracks. And it's cool when a locomotive goes rolling by... I love this place. I give it 5 stars.“

“Hi. I have been to the brewery before and really enjoyed the beer. However, my last experience was a bit confusing. The reason for the confusion was, I was there on a Thursday and it said your opening time was at one at 1:10 I was told by somebody in the brewery when I knocked on the window that it was three when he held up three fingers I went to call to see why they weren’t open and your voice message said that it opens on noon on Thursday. It would be great. We appreciated to have one time correct and not three because I would really like to come back and enjoy your beer.“

“Came by this Sunday with a group of 6 after a motorcycle ride for an event, and the place was honestly not busy at all with tons of indoor and outdoor seating. Despite all the open space, one of the hostesses gave us a hard time for taking up a table with our gear (helmets, jackets, backpacks). She actually insinuated we were just wasting space and told us if we weren't ordering, we needed to leave—not exactly the right way to start our day.
Thankfully, Natalie stepped in, took over, and made us feel incredibly comfortable. The manager, Erick, also went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, helping us tuck our gear to the side so it wasn't an issue for anyone.
This was our second time here for the event, and Erick and Natalie totally turned the experience around and made it a blast. Plus, the Pastrami Mami pizza was delicious. Huge thanks to them for saving the day!

“This place is always great. We love their pies! Some of our favorites include the Joint Decision, Special Agent Utah, and Fiin’n to Fire. Their buffalo habanero wings are phenomenal (though they are definitely spicy). We had the Mo Money Mo Problems pie Detroit style and it was a bit dry since there is no pizza sauce (white pie), but we love getting their pizzas just the classic thin style. Wait times can be extremely long (over an 1.5 hrs) if you are eating at the restaurant, but it’s nice that we can order a beer at the bar and wait for our table in the meantime. Staff are all friendly! Definitely a great time“

“We held our daughter and son-in-laws “ day after wedding” gathering for friends and family who couldn’t make it on their wedding day in 2021 (because of COVID limitations). We also just held a co-ed baby shower for them just this past weekend there.(2023). You now can reserve an area (for a fee) and get catered platters of food items. This made it so much easier than individual orders. Usually there is a band playing on Saturdays and Sundays. The staff were all nice and great to work with. It was great to have a large outdoor venue for their baby shower.“
