Came on june 23rd at 9 and was given a decent wait time Food came out very quicky and the server came to check in on us very often service is 10 out of 10 here!!! “Tried several of their lagers this time — all very clean and smooth, no off-flavors.
The dark lager has a really nice malt character, not sweet or heavy, with a clean finish.
If you’re into more traditional lager styles, this place is worth checking out.“

“you will get the absolute best service at this brewery than anything else in Orange County that you’ve ever experienced. Garrett, the most amazing bartender to live gave us samples and let us choose exactly what beer we wanted!!! and then he went so far as to order my DoorDash order for me after the kitchen closed, and made sure I got my food!!! five stars on everything thank you so much Garrett and thank you so much. All American works!!!!“
“You can always tell if a brewery is actually good at brewing if they have a great pilsner (there's nothing to hide off flavors). Stereo Brewing makes great beer! The vibe, decor and sound is awesome, like 1960s/1970s album cover art in a brewery package.“

The owner was incredibly generous and let us try several different beers before we decided what to order. The tasting pours were much bigger than expected, and the prices were very reasonable.
If you get hungry, don’t skip the sushi. The locals told us it’s the best sushi around, so we had to give it a try—and they were absolutely right. Everything was fresh, delicious, and paired perfectly with the beer.
Friendly service, great craft beer, excellent food, and a relaxed atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!“

Great story of the founder who was a monk in seminary school… ish. Overall the ambience was pleasant, there is very strong hoppy smell as this is where the produce the goods. So if the smell is an issue for you... please buy and take it to go. Also parking can be a huge issue if you show up on weekends or at the normal HH times (5-7pm). so be prepared to park across the street.“
“This is a very good brewery with talented brewers and extremely friendly staff. It has a really laid back vibe and sitting at the bar is great by yourself and with friends. It's in an awesome area right in walking distance to the huddle and green cheek. The food vendors that come there are always top tier and there's a good variety throughout the month. The seltzers are cocktail inspired so lower carbonation. The hard tea one is a must try over ice. These guys got me back into IPAs again because of how good they taste. They have one for each preference and not to mention they already won a bronze medal for their Italian pilsner which is one of my favorites. These guys are up there with green cheek and everywhere brewing. I'd say they go for less options but the menu is also more dialed in than green cheek and they have a very solid lineup. Synth is batting 1000“
“Hosted my baby shower here and I cannot thank James and his staff for how well everything was taken care of! We had plenty of space for food, desserts, gifts and of course all our guests! It was such a nice space, I wish I had taken more pictures. Everyone enjoyed the drinks that were provided by James and his bartenders. Overall a really nice space and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to either hang out with friends or host their own little party here!“
“Had the great fortune of trying this Hazy IPA before meeting the owner Kelsey Grammer and watching him pull beer for a few hours. This beer is outstanding! it doesn't have that hoppy bite and has a refreshing citrus finish. Put simply? it's delicious. Looking forward to more amazing beers coming!!“
“This is one of the places where me and my friends feel we can let our nerd flag fly. You can truly be yourself and feel safe doing so. There is always something nerdy going on, always.
My friends are big IPA and Blonde drinkers, I’m not. So having a sour and seltzers access is always a big win for me. Staff always takes the time to find me the right drink or even throw together a cocktail.
Seeing this staff really pour their everything into this shows how much a labor of love it is. That’s why I’m always glad to patron here.“
“I was delightfully surprised by how awesome this place is. It’s across from Brewery X so we always say we’ll go next time and we finally did- now I think this will be a destination too. Way more low key than Brewery X with a chill relaxed atmosphere and plenty of small tables to have an intimate setting. Loved the drinks too!“
“This brewery has such an awesome vibe. The beers are top notch. I love West Coast ipa's and they have 4 on the menu. Try them all. I think they're all amazing. I also love hazy's, and they have some really good ones here, very fruity, very hoppy, citrusy, but also malty, which I love. The food is also really good. Their Pizza is amazing. I got the works. It was delicious. It's actually pretty big. The sandwiches are also incredible and they are huge. There's like 4 pieces to it, so bring your appetite. The atmosphere is super chill. It's right next to the train tracks. And it's cool when a locomotive goes rolling by... I love this place. I give it 5 stars.“

“Had some excellent tasting of their maekgoli and also their soju. Really cool to see Korean craft breweries here in DTF
My favorite was the coffee Makgoli but will definitely come back again for another tasting and buy more“

“Very cool, very chill place. I loved the unique seltzers (marshmallow for me, complete with Graham crackers and chocolate on the rim of the glass) and the fact that the music didn’t have to feel like I was in a club. We were able to relax, talk, watch the hockey game, and soak in the vibes.“
“They put pop up guys outside without integrity. Too bad the review goes to the brewery, but they have guys who will lie to you to get your money selling outside. Ultimately, that's on them. Skip it if its a smash burger pop up.
EDIT: Added three stars for the response of the brewery. And honestly, pass it on to the smash burger guys, that they're a customer service business, when they slow down because their cook has no experience in restaurants, ask for forgiveness, rather than taking people's money who can't wait around for their food because it took sooooooo much longer than they quoted. These guys were clearly only their to serve themselves, and that's bad business and sadly super common in today's market. They deserve a chance to improve, but they need guidance from the older generation. They wouldn't hear it from me. Put someone on the grill who can have more than one thought at a time for an hour for them, and the kid will get it. Their frontman might be hopeless though. Not sure. A good cook would help his deficiencies though.“

“My family and I have been customers of this place for over 20 years. There is no better place in Santa Ana (or Orange County for that matter) for a good old-fashioned birria. It is cooked to perfection. I came today after a couple of years, and they have simply not lost their magic touch. The same staff from years ago making the same delicious recipe. “It's a bit embarrassing to talk about a brewery without mentioning the beer, but I'll focus on everything else. Everything else was excellent, from the food to the service to the friendly and professional staff.

“Hi. I have been to the brewery before and really enjoyed the beer. However, my last experience was a bit confusing. The reason for the confusion was, I was there on a Thursday and it said your opening time was at one at 1:10 I was told by somebody in the brewery when I knocked on the window that it was three when he held up three fingers I went to call to see why they weren’t open and your voice message said that it opens on noon on Thursday. It would be great. We appreciated to have one time correct and not three because I would really like to come back and enjoy your beer.“

“The pizza was very good! Thin crust and absolutely flavorful. The only thing I hate is their ordering system. Really wish they would implement online ordering pickup. Also after a certain time they stop taking phone orders, it sucks because pizza is one of those dishes I love just eating at home. Anyways if you can get a hold of them, highly recommend!“

“Great food and drinks, with a solid selection of both house beers and options from other breweries. The cocktails were refreshing, and the macaroni and cheese absolutely lived up to the hype. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other than helping customers, and we even saw employees sampling beer while we were still waiting for our order. Overall, the food and drinks were excellent, but the service needs improvement.“

“I got there early before a game against the Rangers. That's the best time to go because its not so busy. I think the food is better early. Later into the game it gets to crowded and the food is not so temperature hot. Its my brothers favorite spot in the stadium. I don't agree with him. The beer was cold though.“

“We held our daughter and son-in-laws “ day after wedding” gathering for friends and family who couldn’t make it on their wedding day in 2021 (because of COVID limitations). We also just held a co-ed baby shower for them just this past weekend there.(2023). You now can reserve an area (for a fee) and get catered platters of food items. This made it so much easier than individual orders. Usually there is a band playing on Saturdays and Sundays. The staff were all nice and great to work with. It was great to have a large outdoor venue for their baby shower.“
