“The host and the server were amazing very attentive and patient!! Came on june 23rd at 9 and was given a decent wait time Food came out very quicky and the server came to check in on us very often service is 10 out of 10 here!!! Would recommend to anyone driving by!!! Also side note the host Desiy deserves a raise!!!“
“I stopped by here about week ago for their weekend Oktoberfest. Happy I stopped by, they had a spe beer for the event and had a Mexican food truck/pop up for anyone who wanted food. The Beer is always great, staff are always friendly, welcoming and professional. I plan to stop by for their 10 year anniversary coming up.“

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience here! The selection of beers on draft is great, and everything I tried was excellent. But the real standout for me was the “Tom Cat” sandwich on Squaw bread—it was seriously delicious and an absolute must-try. I enjoyed every bite!
What really made the experience special, though, was the people. The owners and employees genuinely care about their customers and take pride in making sure everyone is having a great time. You can tell that creating a welcoming atmosphere and giving people a great experience is important to them.
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will absolutely be coming back. Great beer, great food, great people, and a place that truly cares about its customers. I highly recommend it!“

“By far, the the best experience I've had at local brewery. Family owned, friendly environment, pop-up food vendors every night, pinball new and old machines. Best kept pinball machines around. Beer selection rotates weekly. Tuesday and Wednesday epic street tacos, Thursday is the best bbq and corn bread I've had in years!“
“Tried several of their lagers this time — all very clean and smooth, no off-flavors.
The dark lager has a really nice malt character, not sweet or heavy, with a clean finish.
If you’re into more traditional lager styles, this place is worth checking out.“

Would be nice if there was more paint on walls of comics also comic books to read would be dope they do have board games.“
“I was delightfully surprised by how awesome this place is. It’s across from Brewery X so we always say we’ll go next time and we finally did- now I think this will be a destination too. Way more low key than Brewery X with a chill relaxed atmosphere and plenty of small tables to have an intimate setting. Loved the drinks too!“
“This place is fabulous. Co-fermenting honey - such a unique concept! You have to try the WeBuzz, but there's not a bad beer on the list. We just moved out of Orange County and will miss this place! Dog-friendly, too, and the arcade games are a plus 🐝“

“Went here this past weekend as a last stop before I had to go to the airport and head for home. I started off with a breakfast burrito and a beer on the patio while we streamed some football. The burrito was great. I liked it so much, I almost wanted to order a second one.
The beers I had were all pretty good. Some I liked a lot, including a nitro that wasn't dark. That's not something you see at a lot of places. After my first one, I got a 4-beer flight, then had a few more different beers, and also some kind of beer ice cream thing that was good too. I really set myself up to have to take an epic leak on the plane, lol.
They had a lot of beers to choose from, more than I could try in one day. I wish I could teleport back here and try some more.
The service was good as well. Shout out to the ladies behind the bar. They were both really nice and enthusiastic about the beer. I chatted with one of them about a band I had seen the night before. It's always nice when the staff are cool to talk to.
This was all together a really good visit. I forgot to grab a sticker or get a t-shirt on my way out, but I saw they had some. Hopefully I can make it back here some day.“

Great story of the founder who was a monk in seminary school… ish. Overall the ambience was pleasant, there is very strong hoppy smell as this is where the produce the goods. So if the smell is an issue for you... please buy and take it to go. Also parking can be a huge issue if you show up on weekends or at the normal HH times (5-7pm). so be prepared to park across the street.“

“This is a very good brewery with talented brewers and extremely friendly staff. It has a really laid back vibe and sitting at the bar is great by yourself and with friends. It's in an awesome area right in walking distance to the huddle and green cheek. The food vendors that come there are always top tier and there's a good variety throughout the month. The seltzers are cocktail inspired so lower carbonation. The hard tea one is a must try over ice. These guys got me back into IPAs again because of how good they taste. They have one for each preference and not to mention they already won a bronze medal for their Italian pilsner which is one of my favorites. These guys are up there with green cheek and everywhere brewing. I'd say they go for less options but the menu is also more dialed in than green cheek and they have a very solid lineup. Synth is batting 1000“

My favorite was the coffee Makgoli but will definitely come back again for another tasting and buy more“
“This is one of the places where me and my friends feel we can let our nerd flag fly. You can truly be yourself and feel safe doing so. There is always something nerdy going on, always.
My friends are big IPA and Blonde drinkers, I’m not. So having a sour and seltzers access is always a big win for me. Staff always takes the time to find me the right drink or even throw together a cocktail.
Seeing this staff really pour their everything into this shows how much a labor of love it is. That’s why I’m always glad to patron here.“

“Very cool, very chill place. I loved the unique seltzers (marshmallow for me, complete with Graham crackers and chocolate on the rim of the glass) and the fact that the music didn’t have to feel like I was in a club. We were able to relax, talk, watch the hockey game, and soak in the vibes.“
“They put pop up guys outside without integrity. Too bad the review goes to the brewery, but they have guys who will lie to you to get your money selling outside. Ultimately, that's on them. Skip it if its a smash burger pop up.
EDIT: Added three stars for the response of the brewery. And honestly, pass it on to the smash burger guys, that they're a customer service business, when they slow down because their cook has no experience in restaurants, ask for forgiveness, rather than taking people's money who can't wait around for their food because it took sooooooo much longer than they quoted. These guys were clearly only their to serve themselves, and that's bad business and sadly super common in today's market. They deserve a chance to improve, but they need guidance from the older generation. They wouldn't hear it from me. Put someone on the grill who can have more than one thought at a time for an hour for them, and the kid will get it. Their frontman might be hopeless though. Not sure. A good cook would help his deficiencies though.“

“My family and I have been customers of this place for over 20 years. There is no better place in Santa Ana (or Orange County for that matter) for a good old-fashioned birria. It is cooked to perfection. I came today after a couple of years, and they have simply not lost their magic touch. The same staff from years ago making the same delicious recipe. Trust me, this is the spot!“

“Had the great fortune of trying this Hazy IPA before meeting the owner Kelsey Grammer and watching him pull beer for a few hours. This beer is outstanding! it doesn't have that hoppy bite and has a refreshing citrus finish. Put simply? it's delicious. Looking forward to more amazing beers coming!!“

“As part of our group's brewery tour, we visited this place and enjoyed their excellent selection of beers and tasty appetizers. We had a lot of fun, and our bartender was amazing. The variety of flavors was impressive. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommended!“
“This is our go-to spot for Huckleberry Seltzer! We came for the seltzer, but stayed for the beer… because apparently that’s how this works. 😂🍻 Everything is delicious, the staff is awesome and super helpful, and the atmosphere is always great. Definitely one of our favorite spots!“

To visit cousins and a baseball game in Anaheim. Our cousins, tell us about Karl Strauss Brewing we had the best time the staff was very friendly, the service they got you in and out. They knew you were going to the game. It was so beautiful and it was right across the street from the ballpark.“

“One of the best breweries I've been to! They had a large selection of beer and I liked everything I tried. The pretzel with cheese and mustard was amazing so even if you aren't planning on eating a meal, get it as a snack! When we visited, temps were nearly 100⁰ outside so we didn't use the outdoor patio, but it seems to be a nice spot.
This brewery is really close to Angels Stadium. I read that if it is game day, they charge for parking so double check before you come.“

“We held our daughter and son-in-laws “ day after wedding” gathering for friends and family who couldn’t make it on their wedding day in 2021 (because of COVID limitations). We also just held a co-ed baby shower for them just this past weekend there.(2023). You now can reserve an area (for a fee) and get catered platters of food items. This made it so much easier than individual orders. Usually there is a band playing on Saturdays and Sundays. The staff were all nice and great to work with. It was great to have a large outdoor venue for their baby shower.“

“I got there early before a game against the Rangers. That's the best time to go because its not so busy. I think the food is better early. Later into the game it gets to crowded and the food is not so temperature hot. Its my brothers favorite spot in the stadium. I don't agree with him. The beer was cold though.“
