First: fix the lighting in the parking lot. Most of the lighting was not working.
The food was good. Our server was very polite but they were very understaffed.
The couple in the booth next to us waited 20 minutes for their credit card to be returned.
Service was Extremely... Extremely Slow.
The main issue is the dark parking lot. I would not have felt safe unless I was escorted to my car.
Honestly, I've gone to this Black Angus dozens of times over the decades. I know things change, but it's just not what it used to be...or still can be! Started the night by walking up in the pitch black entrance because all lights were turned off outside. Had reservations for 8:30 and arrived on time,but waited 10 to 15 minutes to be sat although we were the only party waiting. Dinner for 4 was a 3 hour tour. Air conditioning was poor, server had many difficulties with service, the side salad only had lettuce and 2 cherry tomatoes. When I complained about the salad I was not offered a different side. The rib eye could have used more seasoning.
