La Birria Loca, a popular food truck located in the warehouse contractors' parking lot on 4th street in Santa Ana, is known for its delicious and fresh birria tacos, quesatacos, and consome. The food is perfectly seasoned, with a tender and flavorful birria and non-greasy consome. The green salsa provides a little kick, complementing the dishes well. The truck also offers birria ramen and pizza, as well as a tasty horchata drink. Customers can expect fast and friendly service, with the owner himself often greeting customers. The truck is a great spot for a date or a meal with friends, offering delivery options as well.
